| 英文摘要: | In the past two decades, China's agricultural machinery industry has experienced rapid development due to the implementation of subsidy policies and social development. Driven by the Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of Agricultural Machinery Scrapping and Renewal Subsidies and the Action Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Trade-ins, national agricultural machinery purchase subsidies and scrapping subsidies will further promote the scrapping, replacement, and updating of old agricultural machinery. This policy will pay special attention to commonly used and widely popularized agricultural machinery equipment such as tractors. As an important component of agricultural machinery equipment, tractors occupy a significant share in the agricultural machinery market and play a crucial supporting role in the development of the agricultural machinery industry. The implementation of the scrapping and renewal subsidy policy will accelerate the elimination of old tractors and promote their replacement with more efficient, environmentally friendly, and intelligent models, thereby accelerating the structural adjustment of agricultural machinery and enhancing its overall efficiency. In addition, the global agricultural machinery market size has shown a trend of fluctuating growth. Due to its considerable potential for agricultural economic development, the Asia-Pacific region has become the largest producer of agricultural machinery in the world, although the farm mechanization rate still needs to be improved. LT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., as a domestic small and medium-sized tractor manufacturer, faces significant challenges in positioning itself and formulating development strategies amid intensifying competition at home and abroad. LT's main products are 50-80 horsepower small and medium-sized tractors. Relying on its parent company's nearly 20 years of experience and technical accumulation in tractor chassis production, LT, as a host enterprise born from backward integration, has relatively low production costs and a rapid quality response system. This thesis? takes LT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. as the research object and outlines the company's overall situation and internationalization process based on the theoretical framework of corporate International Market Entry Strategies. During the research, this paper primarily adopts PEST model analysis and Porter's Five Forces model to comprehensively analyze the macro environment and industry competitive situation of LT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. Through in-depth analysis, this paper reveals the main problems faced by LT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. in its International Market Entry Strategies, including unclear internationalization strategic objectives, significant response pressure in host countries, inefficient international quality certification, and high costs. In response to these issues, this paper proposes corresponding optimization schemes aimed at providing strong support for the company's development. This paper not only focuses on the optimization analysis of LT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd.'s International Market Entry Strategies to promote the company's sustainable development but also hopes to provide useful references and insights for other companies in the same industry. | |
