| 中文摘要: | 当今时代,国际环境复杂多变,国际往来频受影响,国内经济增长乏力,消费投资不断降级,社会经济发展亟需新的动能。会展产业被誉为经济发展的“晴雨表”和“风向标”,会展活动的举办既有利于新质生产力的产生与孵化,又有利于新质生产力的发展与突破。 会展场馆作为承载会展活动的平台,发挥着承上启下的重要作用,但目前会展场馆的利用效率和管理水平有待进一步提升。本文选取目前会展场馆管理领域的代表性企业之一——H会展场馆管理公司作为案例,运用轻资产相关理论与企业价值相关理论,对其公司概况、发展背景、行业竞争环境及其竞争能力水平、企业业绩表现、轻资产程度、轻资产价值创造路径等进行分析,进一步结合财务绩效表现、经济增加值EVA表现等实物量指标进行分析,并进而对H会展场馆管理公司多年来轻资产经营模式下所形成的企业价值与品牌价值进行简单测度。 研究发现,H会展场馆管理公司对企业内部与外部均进行了轻资产化,得以快速响应市场和客户需求,抢占了先机优势,积累了经验优势,从而形成了较强的竞争优势;轻资产模式的效益在财务绩效上表现为从伊始阶段的快速发展,以及创造积累了一定的企业价值和品牌价值。但同时也发现,H会展场馆管理公司正在步入平稳发展阶段,面临着愈发严峻的竞争态势。本研究一方面为轻资产相关研究增添了典型案例,另一方面为会展场馆管理公司的发展提供了思考和借鉴,以期进一步推进会展产业更好发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's era, the international environment is complicated and volatile, international exchanges are frequently affected, domestic economic growth is weak, consumption and investment are constantly downgraded, and socio-economic development is in urgent need of new kinetic energy. The convention and exhibition industry is regarded as the "barometer" and "wind vane" of economic development, and the holding of convention and exhibition activities is conducive to the generation and incubation of new quality productive forces, as well as the development and breakthrough of new quality productive forces. As a platform for carrying convention and exhibition activities, convention and exhibition venues play an important role in carrying up and down, but the utilization efficiency and management level of convention and exhibition venues need to be further improved. In this paper, H Convention and Exhibition Venue Management Company, one of the representative enterprises in the field of convention and exhibition venue management, is selected as a case study, and its enterprise profile, development background, industry competitive environment and its competitive ability level, enterprise performance, degree of light assets, light assets value creation path, etc. are analyzed, and further analyzed with the financial performance, and then analyzed with the financial performance. However, it is also found that the H convention and exhibition venue management company is entering the stage of steady development and facing an increasingly severe competitive situation. This study, on the one hand, adds typical cases for asset-light related research, and on the other hand, provides thoughts and references for the development of HML, with a view to further promoting the better development of the convention and exhibition industry. | |
