| 中文摘要: | 近年来国内经济发展迅速,产业高度融合、数字化深度转型、科技宽度创新,正重塑各行业的合作和发展。信息化建设已成为推动产业数智化转型的重要载体,故近年来企业也越来越重视企业的信息化建设,软件项目管理体系也愈发成熟。从传统的瀑布模型,到如今日益主流的敏捷模型,都彰显了企业对项目管理尤其是需求管理的精益化管理。面对来自政策、来自市场、来自环境的压力,快速有效的需求管理无疑是一种必然的结果导向。有效的需求管理是以需求为导向,以技术创新为载体,优化资源配置,提升软件开发的生产率,确保软件项目成果与产业发展的新需求高度契合,为产业升级提供有力的技术支撑。 本文深入剖析敏捷模型的核心理论、优势与方法,将传统的瀑布模型和主流敏捷模型对比,结合B银行的实际情况,分析敏捷模型在软件项目需求管理中的独特优势与应用场景。本文又通深入剖析B银行软件项目需求管理的现状与困境,基于敏捷开发理念,重新构建一套需求管理体系——业务支持服务体系(BSO)。该管理体系包含需求获取、需求分析、文档编制、需求定级、需求验证及需求变更等关键节点,旨在解决B银行软件项目需求管理中遇到的困境,提升软件项目开发的效率与质量,促进技术创新与业务需求的深度融合。 最后,以B银行实际软件项目(简称Y项目)为实践平台,全面实施改进后的需求管理流程。笔者希望通过这一优化后的需求管理体系,提高B银行金融软件项目实施的效率与质量,提升金融服务的创新能力和效率,增强市场竞争力。同时希望能够为同行业其他金融机构在金融开发项目需求管理方面提供宝贵借鉴,从而助力金融行业实现软件项目管理水平的提升,为金融行业在信息化建设方面的高质量发展奠定基础。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the domestic economy has developed rapidly, with highly integrated industries, deep digital transformation, and broad technological innovation, reshaping the cooperation and development of various industries. Information technology construction has become an important carrier for promoting the digital transformation of industries, so in recent years, enterprises have increasingly attached importance to their information technology construction, and software project management systems have become more mature. From the traditional waterfall model to the increasingly mainstream agile model, it demonstrates the lean management of project management, especially requirements management, by enterprises. Faced with pressure from policies, markets, and the environment, rapid and effective demand management is undoubtedly an inevitable outcome oriented approach. Effective demand management is demand-oriented, with technological innovation as the carrier, optimizing resource allocation, improving software development productivity, ensuring that software project results are highly aligned with new industrial development needs, and providing strong technical support for industrial upgrading. This article deeply analyzes the core theory, advantages and methods of agile model, compares the traditional waterfall model with the mainstream agile model, and combines the actual situation of B bank to analyze the unique advantages and application scenarios of agile model in software project requirement management. This article analyzes the current situation and dilemma of B Bank's software project demand management, and constructs a set of demand management system-Business Support Service System (BSO) based on agile development concept. The management system includes key nodes such as demand collection, demand analysis, documentation, tracking and monitoring, demand verification and demand change, aiming to solve the difficulties encountered in the software project demand management of B Bank, improve the efficiency and quality of software project development, and promote the deep integration of technological innovation and business requirements. Finally, using the actual software project of Bank B (referred to as Project Y) as a practical platform, the improved requirements management process will be fully implemented. The author hopes to improve the efficiency and quality of B Bank's financial software project development, enhance the innovation capability and efficiency of financial services, and strengthen market competitiveness through this optimized demand management system. At the same time, we hope to provide valuable reference for other financial institutions in the same industry in terms of demand management for financial development projects, so as to help the financial industry improve its software project management level and lay the foundation for the high-quality development of the financial industry in information construction. | |
