| 英文摘要: | This study focuses on the information search dilemmas and their solutions in the re-employment process of middle-aged unemployed women. With the economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment in China, the gender and age inequality in the labor market has been continuously intensified, and the re-employment problem of middle-aged unemployed women has become more prominent. The purpose of this study is to explore the dilemmas that middle-aged unemployed women face in the process of occupational information search and put forward optimization suggestions from the perspective of this profession based on the social support theory. Based on Dervin's sense-making theory, this study constructs a model of middle-aged unemployed women's occupational information search behavior. Through the combined method of field investigation (16 in-depth interviews) and questionnaire survey (313 valid samples), and using structural equation modeling (SEM), it verifies the positive effects of information literacy, social support, and social media use on improving the satisfaction with search results. The study finds that middle-aged unemployed women generally face dilemmas such as single information sources, insufficient digital skills, and weak social support, and their information search behaviors show significant occupational stratification and regional differences. The results show that middle-aged unemployed women have significant stratification characteristics in information search. Grassroots workers mainly rely on interpersonal networks and social media for information acquisition but are limited by insufficient digital skills; enterprise workers face more severe age discrimination, but they have a relatively high utilization rate of professional recruitment platforms. In terms of regional differences, the information channels between urban and rural areas are obviously differentiated. The urban group prefers to use professional platforms, while the township group relies on acquaintance networks, and the regional industrial characteristics (such as the county-level sweater industry) have formed a unique information ecosystem. Further analysis shows that information literacy, social support, and social media use have a positive effect on improving the satisfaction with search results. Among them, social support can positively regulate the search satisfaction by alleviating information dilemmas, and the moderating effects of community assistance and family support are particularly significant. Based on the social learning theory, this study proposes paths such as integrating grassroots job information databases, strengthening accurate assistance from communities and women's federations, promoting digital literacy training, and optimizing the social media recruitment ecosystem, providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for policy formulation and social service optimization. The study makes up for the lack of micro-level attention to middle-aged women in the field of information differentiation and expands the theoretical perspective of employment information search behavior research. | |
