中文摘要:在当下中国经济迅猛发展的浪潮中,功率半导体产业的整体实力仍然落后于国际竞争对手。对于中国的功率半导体企业而言,新产品的更新换代是提升竞争力、实现快速追赶的核心路径。然而,在新产品从研发转入量产过程,国内企业面临着产品质量波动明显、新产品管理经验不足、产品品牌影响力有限等问题,这些问题严重阻碍了产业的快速发展,迫切需要构建更为系统的质量管理体系,持续推动质量管理改进,以此保障新产品顺利实现量产,助力国内功率半导体产业实现跨越式发展,在全球竞争中站稳脚跟。 本研究综合运用文献综述法、专家访谈法以及案例分析法,依托质量管理理论与质量管理策略理论,对X公司的新产品的质量问题展开深入剖析。现状分析来看,X公司在新产品量产初期产品质量尚属稳定,但随着产量逐步攀升,产品质量问题频发,进而引发客户端的投诉与退货现象。针对上述问题,本研究深入探究其根源,提出并有效的实施改进策略,包括优化质量管理组织架构、完善质量管理体系、规范质量管理流程、搭建数字化质量平台,建立质量风险管控制度等措施提升质量管控能力。同时,为确保这些改进策略能够有效落地,本文还从组织保障、制度保障、资源保障和文化保障等方面制定了相应的保障措施,助力新产品质量管理改进的顺利实施。研究结果表明,借助系统化的质量管理手段与改进策略的推行,X公司不仅能够成功实现新产品的成功量产,产品质量与可靠性也能得到显著提升,能够极大地提高客户满意度与忠诚度,为企业市场竞争力的增强奠定坚实基础。 本研究成果不仅为X公司以及国内功率半导体企业,制定了新产品质量管理与改进提升的有效方案,还为学术界开拓了全新的研究视角,作出了理论贡献。同时,本文秉持严谨态度,客观指出了研究过程中存在的局限性,并对未来研究方向进行展望,期望能为相关领域的后续研究与实践活动,提供极具价值的参考依据,助力该领域不断探索前行。 
英文摘要:Amid China's rapid economic growth, the overall strength of the power semiconductor industry still lags behind international competitors. For Chinese power semiconductor enterprises, the renewal of new products is the core path to enhance competitiveness and achieve rapid catch-up. However, during the transition from R&D to mass production of new products, domestic enterprises face issues such as significant fluctuations in product quality, insufficient management experience in new products, and limited brand influence. These problems seriously impede the rapid development of the industry and urgently require the establishment of a more systematic quality management system to continuously promote quality improvement, ensure the smooth mass production of new products, and facilitate the leapfrog development of the domestic power semiconductor industry to gain a firm foothold in global competition. This thesis comprehensively employs literature review, expert interviews, and case analysis methods, relying on quality management theory and quality management strategy theory, to conduct an in-depth analysis of the quality issues of new products in Company X. The current situation analysis reveals that the product quality of Company X was relatively stable in the early stage of new product mass production. However, as the production volume gradually increased, quality problems occurred frequently, leading to customer complaints and returns. In response to these issues, this thesis delves into their root causes and proposes and effectively implements improvement strategies, including optimizing the quality management organizational structure, improving the quality management system, standardizing the quality management process, building a digital quality platform, and establishing a quality risk control system to enhance quality control capabilities. At the same time, to ensure the effective implementation of these improvement strategies, this paper also formulates corresponding guarantee measures in terms of organizational support, system support, resource support, and cultural support, facilitating the smooth implementation of new product quality improvement. The results of the thesis show that through the implementation of systematic quality management measures and improvement strategies, Company X not only successfully achieved the mass production of new products but also significantly improved product quality and reliability, greatly enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and laying a solid foundation for the enhancement of the company's market competitiveness. The results of the thesis not only provide an effective solution for new product quality management and improvement for Company X and domestic power semiconductor enterprises but also open up a new research perspective for the academic community and make theoretical contributions. At the same time, this paper adheres to a rigorous attitude, objectively points out the limitations in the research process, and looks forward to future research directions, hoping to provide highly valuable references for subsequent research and practical activities in related fields, facilitating continuous exploration and progress in this area.
