中文摘要:地铁一号线是天津城市快速轨道交通线网规划中的第一条线路,也是“十五期间”投资规模最大的一项城市基础设施工程。地铁的建设和同行为居民出行带来方便,也带动天津经济的发展。天津地铁营销体系的构建为天津地铁构建天津地铁运营模式起到了铺垫作用,同时也为天津地铁运营1号线今后进行市场定位以及后各个发展阶段的运营战略的制定提供了方向。 本文从一般战略理论入手,并回顾了战略环境分析框架模型和市场营销相关理论,作为本文的理论基础。在此基础上,运用问卷调研法、比较研究等方法,对天津地铁营销现状和地铁营销环境进行了分析,并提出了现有和潜在地铁消费者的行为特征;随后,分析了包括线路规模、市民出行习惯、乘客的价格承受力、便利性、客流服务设施、服务水平与服务意识在内的六大影响地铁营销的因素;最后,作者根据前面的理论回顾和对现状的分析,构建出初步的地铁运营一号线的营销体系,这个体系包括建立良好的营销信息系统、地铁产品圈、初步建立票价分析系统、采用多种促销方式、建立安全运营意识、通过良好服务实现顾客满意、建立良好的公共关系等七个方面,并针对每个因素进行详细的分析和整理。 本文的创新点在于,首次从理论的高度对天津地铁的运营进行系统的营销分析,并构建了天津地铁运营一号线的营销体系,丰富了轨道交通方面的理论,尤其是丰富了地铁营销的研究框架,为天津地铁运营提供了理论指导。同时,该研究也为其他城市构建地铁营销体系提供了参考标杆。  
英文摘要:At first, this study is based on the theory analyses of Strategic Management, and go ahead with the development of these area concerned, especially some typical strategic management analyse frames. And then make a completely theory review on the fields of Marketing Management, Marketing Strategic Management, Service Marketing Management and so on. All of these will be a support to the theory application in Tian Jin Metro General Corp. Operation & Management co. Furthermore I make a whole description of Tian Jin Metro General Corp. Operation & Management co., including the status quo, general tendency of development and competence structure with the methods of questionnaire research, comparative analyse research and so on. After that , I put forward to the characteristics of it’s current market and potential market. Farther more , this paper sums up the six factors which affect the result of Metro Marketing, including metro line scope, the going-out characteristics of citizen, the price afforded, convenience compared with other traffic tools, customer service establishment, service level. At last we get the primary metro marketing frame of Tianjin including the following aspects: marketing information system of Tianjin metro, the metro product circle, price analyse system, all kinds of sales promotion, secure operational consciousness, better service, public relationship and so on. This paper not only provide a theory guidance on the metro marketing operation , but also give a good example to the other cities which want their own metro.
