| 中文摘要: | 国家推进“双碳”战略目标和能源转型背景下,能源行业将迎来结构性变革,形成多能互补、协同发展的产业格局,为能源企业带来了发展机遇,也对其可持续发展能力提出了新的挑战。对于新兴的清洁能源民营企业,如何通过科学合理的多元化战略实现可持续性发展,是亟待解决的重要实践课题和理论命题。 本研究以G公司多元化战略实施为研究对象,基于对多元化战略相关研究成果的综合评述,系统探讨了G公司实施多元化战略的动因、发展目标以及具体实施方案,旨在为G公司和其他同类型的企业构建科学的多元化战略框架,为战略实施提供理论支撑和实践指导。 通过系统性分析,本研究发现,G公司虽然已建立比较完善的光伏电站产业价值链,并具备较强的项目管理能力,但在双碳战略背景下,能源行业正经历生产端与消费端的双重变革,且公司现有发展策略仍存在单一化业务、资金链脆弱、项目管理复杂、以及组织管理架构不合理等一系列问题,难以承受政策环境和市场变革带来的不确定性和风险,亟需制定多元化战略。基于此,本研究对G公司实施多元化战略的方向、策略与目标进行了分析。确定G公司多元化战略的具体策略是构建向光伏电站产业链上下游延伸的纵向多元化,基于现有技术能力向关联领域拓展以及开展高附加值的技术研发项目的横向多元化的相关多元化战略策略体系。为保障多元化战略的成功实施,提出优化组织管理架构、完善项目管理制度、引进与培养多元化专业人才、加强资金保障、融入区域性创新生态系统等五个方面的保障措施。 本研究的创新之处在于,立足于“双碳”战略目标和能源转型这一关键的时代背景,剖析了国家战略目标对清洁能源企业转型发展的影响,并将“双碳”目标与G公司实施多元化战略有机结合,具有较强的时代特征和理论创新价值。本研究突破了现有研究多局限于单一维度多元化战略的局限,深入分析了纵向多元化和横向多元化的具体策略和行动方案,还探讨了两者间的协同机制。此外,本研究聚焦于清洁能源行业的新兴民营企业,填补了该领域的研究空白,为完善新兴民营企业的多元化战略理论体系提供了新的实证依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the background of the national double carbon strategic goal and energy transformation, the energy industry will usher in structural changes, forming a multi-energy complementary and synergistic development of the industrial pattern, which brings development opportunities for energy enterprises, but also puts forward new challenges to their sustainable development ability. For emerging clean energy private enterprises, how to realize sustainable development through scientific and reasonable diversification strategy is an important practical issue and theoretical proposition that needs to be solved urgently. This study takes the implementation of G Company's diversification strategy as the research object, and based on the comprehensive review of relevant research results on diversification strategy, systematically explores the motivation, development goals and specific implementation programs of G Company's diversification strategy, aiming at building a scientific framework of diversification strategy for G Company and other enterprises of the same type, and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the implementation of the strategy. Through systematic analysis, this study finds that although G Company has established a relatively complete value chain of PV power plant industry and possesses strong project management capability, under the background of double carbon strategy, the energy industry is experiencing double changes of production and consumption, and the company's existing development strategy still has the problems of monotonization of business, fragility of capital chain, complexity of project management, and organization and management. However, under the background of dual carbon strategy, the energy industry is undergoing the double changes of production and consumption, and the company's existing development strategy still has a series of problems such as single business, fragile capital chain, complicated project management, and irrational organization and management structure, etc. It is difficult to bear the uncertainties and risks brought by the policy environment and the market changes, and it is urgent to formulate diversification strategy. Based on this, this study analyzes the direction, strategy and objectives of G Company's diversification strategy. It is determined that the specific strategy of G Company's diversification strategy is to build a related diversification strategy system of vertical diversification extending to the upstream and downstream of the PV power plant industry chain, expanding to related fields based on the existing technological capabilities and carrying out high-value-added technology research and development projects. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the diversification strategy, five safeguard measures are proposed, including optimizing the organizational management structure, improving the project management system, introducing and cultivating diversified professionals, strengthening financial security, and integrating into the regional innovation ecosystem. The innovation of this study is that, based on the dual-carbon strategic goal and the key context of energy transformation, it analyzes the impact of national strategic goals on the transformation and development of clean energy enterprises, and integrates the dual-carbon goal with the implementation of diversification strategy of G Company. It also combines the dual-carbon goal with the diversification strategy of G Company, which has strong characteristics of the times and theoretical innovation value. This study breaks through the limitations of existing studies that are mostly limited to single-dimensional diversification strategies, analyzes in depth the specific strategies and action plans of vertical diversification and horizontal diversification, and explores the synergistic mechanism between the two. In addition, this study focuses on emerging private enterprises in the clean energy industry, which fills the research gap in this field and provides a new empirical basis for improving the theoretical system of diversification strategy of emerging private enterprises. | |
