| 英文摘要: | Under the background of the national strategy for cultural revitalization, digital humanities is showing a trend of rapid development as a key part of cultural inheritance and innovation. However, the current digital humanities projects tend to focus on technology implementation and ignore demand adaptation, which not only ignores the user's perspective in project practice, but also fails to establish a systematic evaluation system, which makes it difficult to effectively respond to the differentiated needs of users. Based on this, this study adopts the user perspective as its central focus, integrating user expectation theory, digital narrative theory, and uses and gratifications theory to construct an evaluation system tailored to different types of digital humanities projects, aiming to provide theoretical frameworks and practical pathways for optimizing cultural service provision. The study systematically reviews domestic and international digital humanities literature through comprehensive research, and building upon existing project classifications, the "U-shaped curve" theory of archival resource morphology, and data storytelling theory, it categorizes digital humanities projects into three distinct types: digital presentation projects, information retrieval projects, and narrative storytelling projects. In this study, the experimental method was used to conduct experiments on the corresponding digital humanities platform to obtain the evaluation indicators of three types of digital humanities projects, and three typical project cases of "Beijing Memory", "Historical Humanities Big Data Platform" and "Memory Gaoqian Love My Institute" were selected, and the experimental design was carried out by combining user expectation theory, digital narrative theory and use and satisfaction theory, and a total of 14 users with in-depth understanding of digital humanities projects were recruited to operate the platform and conduct experiments. The qualitative coding method was used to form an evaluation system for three types of digital humanities projects, and the similarities and differences of user needs of the three types of digital humanities projects were analyzed according to the evaluation indicators, and it was found that the indicators of the three types of digital humanities projects were common and individual: the three types of digital humanities projects all paid attention to the requirements of content quality, interface design and multimodal presentation, as well as technical and performance requirements, but their core function orientation, user content uniqueness needs and social value dimensions were different. And then the study proposes corresponding optimization strategies based on the commonality and individuality of the evaluation indicators of various types of digital humanities projects: the three types of digital humanities projects need to strengthen the content quality, improve the layout design, increase the multi-modal presentation form, improve the technical performance and add intelligent interaction modules; Besides, digital presentation projects need to strengthen visual performance and interaction design, enhance the interesting and readable content and pay attention to the construction of knowledge in the social dimension; Information retrieval projects need to improve the degree of intelligence of retrieval, strengthen the professionalism of content and data integration and innovate technology empowerment methods; Story narrative projects need to optimize the narrative layout, enhance the multimodal experience and strengthen cultural protection and create social value. In general, this study constructs a typology-based evaluation framework for digital humanities projects from the perspective of users, refines the differentiation criteria of digital presentation projects, information retrieval projects and story narrative projects, and proposes optimization paths, aiming to provide methodological support for promoting the construction of digital humanities projects. | |
