| 中文摘要: | 资源基础论认为企业资源决定企业竞争力,因此资源运用方式是影响企业竞争能力的重要因素。许多企业都在试图发掘自身的资源潜力来更好的运用资源,在竞争中也出现了不少以弱胜强、少投入多产出的案例。本研究关注的就是这种导致资源水平提升的资源运作方式。 本研究把这种导致资源水平提升的资源运作称为资源撬动。资源撬动的运作机制包括四个方面:鉴别企业资源;设定超限目标;从企业内部进行资源撬动;从企业外部进行资源撬动。本研究从这四个方面来说明资源撬动的运作机制,力图阐释资源撬动的原理和具体运作方式。 本研究首先系统的回顾了与资源撬动直接相关的理论和进行研究分析所用到的相关理论基础。在梳理相关理论的基础上,本研究提出了资源撬动的运作机制,包括定义和划分企业资源,定义超限目标,分析资源撬动的原理等。这是后面对企业内部资源撬动和外部资源撬动进行研究的基础。在说明资源撬动的运作机制后,本研究从企业内部和外部两方面分别分析了资源撬动,企业内部资源撬动和外部资源撬动共同构成了完整的企业资源撬动。 本研究在分析企业内部资源撬动时,从资产、价值链和公司企业家机能三个方面分别研究资源撬动,并分析无形资产、杠杆活动和公司企业家机能的本质在资源撬动中的特殊作用。在分析企业外部资源撬动时,从与竞争者关系、与同盟者关系、与顾客关系三个方面分别研究了资源撬动,并以具体的理论和案例说明资源撬动。 本研究认为资源撬动作为一种较新的资源运作方式具有实践价值和学术价值:企业应当认识到资源撬动在建立和维持竞争优势中的重要作用,并在企业里着手进行资源撬动;管理学学者也应该认识到资源撬动是一种较新的理论,对资源基础论有一定的发展,在未来的研究中值得关注资源撬动。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the perspective of resource-based review, firm resources determine firm competency. So the way of resource exertion is an important factor in influencing firm competency. Many firms are trying to exploit their resource potential to use resource in a better way and there are cases of the weaker beating the stronger and less input with more output. This research focuses on this resource exertion mode that results in the elevation of resources level. In this research, the resources exertion mode is called resource leverage. Resources leverage mechanism consists of four parts: identifying firm resources; formulating constraint-exceeding targets; leveraging internal resources; leveraging external resources. This research studies resource leverage from the four parts and try to illustrate the principle and specific exertion methods of resource leverage. This research first systematically reviews the directly related literature on resource leverage and some other theories on which the analysis is based. Based on the literature review, this research brings forward the mechanism of resource leverage, including identification and division of firm resources, definition of constraint-exceeding target, analysis of the principles of resource leverage, etc. This part is the foundation of the following research on internal resource leverage and external research. After demonstration of resource leverage mechanism, this research analyzes resource leverage from both interior and exterior of the firm. The internal resource leverage and external resource leverage constitute the complete resource leverage. This research analyzes internal resource leverage from assets, value chain, and corporate entrepreneurship and construes the particular effects of intangible assets, leverage activities and the essence of corporate entrepreneurship. This research use another chapter to analyze external resource leverage from the relationship with rivals, the relationship with allies, and the relationship with customers, with specific theories and cases demonstrating the relationships. This research believes that as an emerging resource exertion mode, resource leverage is of practical value and theoretical value: firms are supposed to recognize the importance of research leverage in establishing and sustaining competitive advantages, and implement research leverage; management scholars should also keep it in mind that research leverage is a kind of emerging theory which develops resource-based review and is worth paying more attention. | |
