中文摘要：	进口铝矾土资源及成立海外项目面临供需关系波动、海运费上涨、政治突发事件等众多问题，鉴于海外矿产资源项目投资风险巨大，加强对海外矿产资源项目风险因素识别和预判以及加强海外矿产资源项目风险控制和管理至关重要。 在新时代和新国际环境的背景下，海外项目面临着各种各样的风险。本文以T公司在几内亚的铝土矿资源开发项目的实施为例，从公司的角度出发，分析和研究了中国企业在海外矿产资源项目风险管理现状。此外，本文从风险识别、风险评估、风险应对和风险控制这四个方面，探讨了T公司如何应对和管理风险因素，尤其是海外项目特有的风险因素,其目的在于解决和克服企业在海外项目风险管理中目前所面临的问题和困境。 本文的研究成果可以为公司后续氧化铝基地建设、公司其余海外矿产投资项目及其他公司类似工程项目风险管理提供参考思路和理论依据，同时，T公司计划在几内亚建立氧化铝深加工基地并考虑在其它非洲国家投资矿产开发项目，本文研究的风险管理相关内容也可为公司进一步投资发展提供思路。 本文针对海外项目进行风险管理研究，使用文献研究法对铝资源市场、非洲等地海外项目进行系统调研，借助层次分析法等工具确定各风险影响的权重，借助定性定量相结合完成风险应对管控措施的提出，并完成验证。研究中具体采用的风险管理方法为类似项目的风险管理提供一定的参考作用。
英文摘要：	The import of bauxite resources and the establishment of overseas projects face numerous problems such as supply and demand fluctuations, rising shipping costs, and political emergencies. Given the enormous investment risks of overseas mineral resource projects, it is important to strengthen the identification and prediction of investment risk factors, as well as the control and management of investment risks in overseas mineral resource projects. In response to the risks faced by overseas projects in the new era and new international environment, this article takes the execution of T Company's bauxite resource development project in Guinea as an example. From the perspective of the company, based on the analysis of the current research status of risk management in overseas mineral resource project investment, this article analyzes and studies the current situation of risk management and control in the process of Chinese enterprises investing in overseas mineral resource projects, as well as the new trend of risk management in overseas mineral resource project investment. And from the four aspects of risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk management and control, we set out to explore how the company can respond to and manage risk factors, especially those unique overseas risk factors, solve and break through the current problems and difficulties in the risk management of overseas projects. The research results of this paper can provide reference ideas and theoretical basis for the company's subsequent construction of alumina bases, the company's other overseas mineral investment projects and the risk management of other companies' similar projects. At the same time, T company plans to establish an alumina deep processing base in Guinea and consider investing in mines development projects in other African countries. The risk management related content of this paper can also provide ideas for the company's further investment and development. This article focuses on risk management research for overseas projects. The literature research method is used to systematically investigate the aluminum resource market, overseas projects in Africa, and other places. The weight of each risk impact is determined using tools such as Analytic Hierarchy Process. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, risk response and control measures are proposed and verified. The specific risk management methods used in the study provide a certain reference for risk management in similar projects.
