中文摘要:国务院印发的《“健康中国2030”纲要》指出,要创新互联网健康医疗服务模式,建设集预防、治疗、康复和自主健康管理为一体的国民健康信息服务。妇科病患者因症状具有私密性、遮蔽性的特点,疾病具有病程长、易反复的特点,适合于在线健康平台这一线上渠道获取在线健康信息服务。 本文基于“好大夫在线”在线健康平台进行探究,首先对平台功能进行案例分析识别出部分健康服务功能需求项目,进而聚焦于妇科病患者,采取对妇科病在线问诊记录的文本挖掘及主题提取法识别出部分健康服务内容需求项目,并且采取访谈法及编码识别出部分健康服务内容、质量、功能需求项目,三者结合共同构成了妇科病患者在线健康平台健康信息服务需求项目,共3类20项。 本文通过KANO调查问卷的发放回收,对问卷结果进行了KANO分析及Better-Worse四象限分析,最终得出妇科病患者在线健康平台健康信息服务需求项目的属性分类,必备需求、魅力需求、期望需求与无差异需求均有分布,其中必备需求包含信息及时性、信息安全性、在线问诊、预约挂号与诊后评价5项,魅力需求包含避孕指导、免费义诊、患者社区等5项,期望需求包含会阴止血、分泌健康、疼痛缓解等11项,无差异需求包含产后康复、检查治疗、购买药品等9项。 最后本文基于研究结果对“好大夫在线”平台提出患者常关注内容置于明显界面、患者成长体系阶段满足免费义诊需求和打通多元检索-智能分诊功能链路3项实践性建议。对其他在线健康平台提出保障健康信息服务质量、充实健康信息服务内容和优化健康信息服务功能3项实践性建议。 
英文摘要:The "Healthy China 2030" Outline issued by the State Council points out that it is necessary to innovate the Internet-based health medical service model and build a national health information service integrating prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and self-health management. Due to the private and concealed nature of the symptoms and the long course and recurrence-prone nature of the diseases, gynecological patients are suitable for obtaining online health information services through online channels such as online health platforms. This paper conducts an investigation based on the "Haodf Online" online health platform. Firstly, it conducts a case analysis of the platform's functions to identify some health service function demand items. Then, it focuses on gynecological patients and uses text mining and topic extraction methods on online consultation records to identify some health service content demand items. Additionally, it uses interview and coding methods to identify some health service content, quality and function demand items. The combination of the three constitutes the health information service demand items for gynecological patients on online health platforms, totaling 3 categories and 20 items. Through the distribution and recovery of KANO questionnaires, this paper conducts KANO analysis and Better-Worse quadrant analysis on the questionnaire results, and ultimately obtains the attribute classification of the health information service demand items for gynecological patients on online health platforms. There is a distribution of essential demands, attractive demands, expected demands and indifferent demands. Among them, essential demands include information timeliness, information security, online consultation, appointment registration and post-consultation evaluation. Attractive demands include contraceptive guidance, free clinics and patient communities. Expected demands include perineal hemostasis, secretory health and pain relief. Indifferent demands include postpartum rehabilitation, examination and treatment, and purchasing medicines. Finally, based on the research results, this paper puts forward three practical suggestions for the "Haodf Online" platform: placing frequently concerned contents of patients in prominent interfaces, meeting the demand for free clinics at different stages of the patient growth system, and connecting the multi-channel search - intelligent triage function chain. For other online health platforms, it proposes three practical suggestions: ensuring the quality of health information services, enriching the content of health information services, and optimizing the functions of health information services.
