中文摘要：	在线医疗社区是基于互联网面向大众的互动平台，通过分享医疗健康知识，帮助实现医患、患患线上互动交流，解决用户在日常生活中遇到的医疗健康等问题。在线医疗社区的发展打破了医患交互在空间和时间上的限制，降低了居民的就医成本，目前医生团队问诊模式正成为在线医疗社区差异化竞争的核心策略。 医疗服务可及性的提升尚未根本解决慢性病管理中患者依从性低这一核心痛点。患者依从性是患者遵从医嘱或治疗建议的行为。对慢性病患者依从性的管理是一个复杂、漫长的过程，患者需要得到医生、家庭、社区等各界的支持。在线医疗社区作为线下医院的延伸和补充，为慢性病患者的依从行为提供了支持和保障，医生团队的多学科会诊模式也能够为患者提供更全面的服务。因此，本文旨在探究在线医疗平台医生团队的信息特征与团队特征对慢性病患者依从性的影响机制。 本文基于社会认知理论、社会支持理论与计划行为理论，通过定性分析和定量分析的混合研究方法，提取医生团队的信息特征（情感支持、信息支持）与团队特征（回复速度、协作方式）探究对慢性病患者依从性的影响，并构建实证模型验证其作用路径。结果表明，医生团队的信息特征与团队特征均正向影响慢性病患者的依从性。医生职称作为调节变量，负向调节医生团队的情感支持与慢性病患者依从性的关系，正向调节医生团队的信息支持与慢性病患者依从性的关系。 基于研究结果，本文探究了医生团队对患者依从性的影响。理论上丰富了在线医疗社区医生团队对患者影响的研究，实践上本文从医生团队角度出发，结合医生团队的特征提出建议；从在线医疗平台角度出发，对平台功能完善和评价体系构建提出建议；最后从患者角度出发，提出对慢性病患者依从性的干预措施，研究结果有助于解决慢性病患者依从性低这一问题。
英文摘要：	Online health community is an interactive platform for the public based on the Internet, which helps to realize online interaction and communication between doctors and patients through sharing medical and health knowledge, and solves medical and health problems encountered by users in their daily lives. The development of online medical community breaks the limitations of doctor-patient interaction in space and time, reduces the cost of medical treatment for residents, and the doctor team consultation mode is now becoming the core strategy of online medical community to differentiate competition. The improvement of medical service accessibility has not yet solved the core pain point of low patient compliance in chronic disease management. Patient adherence is the behavior of patients in complying with medical advice or treatment recommendations. Managing adherence is a complex and lengthy process, and patients need the support of doctors, families, communities and other sectors. As an extension and supplement of offline hospitals, online medical communities provide support and guarantee for the adherence behavior of patients with chronic diseases, and the multidisciplinary consultation model of physician teams can provide more comprehensive services for patients. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of the influence of the information characteristics and team characteristics of the doctor team of the online medical platform on the adherence of chronic disease patients. Based on social cognitive theory, social support theory and theory of planned behavior, this paper extracts the information characteristics (emotional support, information support) and team characteristics (response speed, collaborative approach) of the doctor team to explore the influence on the adherence of patients with chronic diseases through the mixed research method of semi-structured interview and text analysis, and constructs an empirical model to validate the path of its effect. The results showed that both informational characteristics and team characteristics of the physician team positively affected the adherence of chronic disease patients. Physician title, as a moderating variable, negatively moderates the relationship between emotional support of the physician team and adherence of chronic disease patients, and positively moderates the relationship between information support of the physician team and adherence of chronic disease patients. Based on the findings, this paper explores the impact of physician team on patient adherence. Theoretically, this paper enriches the research on the influence of the doctor team on patients in online health communities; practically, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of the doctor team by combining the characteristics of the doctor team; from the perspective of the online medical platform, it puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the platform function and the construction of the evaluation system; finally, from the perspective of the patients, it puts forward interventions for the adherence of patients with chronic diseases, and the results of the study help to solve the problem of low adherence in patients with chronic diseases. The results of this study will help to solve the problem of low adherence of chronic disease patients.
