中文摘要:近年来,信息技术的快速发展推动了人工智能生成内容(AIGC)在科学研究中的广泛应用,一定程度上改变了人们获取和处理信息的方式。在科研领域,AIGC为大学生提供了高效的文献检索和数据分析等支持,助力大学生进行科研活动。但与此同时,也带来了学术诚信以及数据隐私等诸多挑战。在此背景下,本研究将深入探索科研情境下大学生AIGC持续使用行为的影响因素,旨在为AIGC在科研领域中的健康发展提供建议。 本研究以“认知-情感-意动”理论、计划行为理论和信息系统成功模型为理论基础,采用深度访谈法以及质性资料编码构建了科研情境下大学生AIGC持续使用行为的影响因素模型。该模型纳入了感知系统质量、感知指令完成度、感知学术化、感知信息质量、感知泄露风险、感知社会影响、满意和信任等多个因素,对已有的传统模型进行了优化与完善。在定性方法识别出影响因素后,本文基于此构建了研究模型并且提出了研究假设,结合问卷法和结构方程模型对影响因素进行了进一步的验证。 研究结果发现,感知系统质量、感知指令完成度和感知学术化对大学生在科研情境下AIGC的满意度具有显著正向影响,感知信息质量和感知社会影响对大学生在科研情境下AIGC的信任度具有显著正向影响,感知泄露风险对大学生在科研情境下AIGC的信任度具有显著负向影响,而满意度和信任度又均对大学生在科研情境下AIGC的持续使用意愿具有显著正向影响,持续使用意愿又正向影响持续使用行为。基于上述结论,本研究从平台、用户和社会这三个方面为优化AIGC提出了建议,不仅为AIGC用户行为研究提供了新的视角,也为高校AIGC教育和技术改进提供了参考。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has promoted the wide application of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) in scientific research, which has changed the way people acquire and process information to a certain extent. In the field of scientific research,AIGC provides university students with efficient literature retrieval, data analysis and other support to help them carry out scientific research activities. But at the same time, it also brings many challenges such as academic integrity and data privacy. In this context, this study will deeply explore the factors that influence college students' continuous use of AIGC in the context of scientific research, aiming to make suggestions for the healthy development of AIGC in the field of scientific research. Drawing upon the "cognition-affection-conation" theory, the theory of planned behavior, and the information system success model, this research developed a framework for the factors influencing college students' continuous use of AIGC in scientific research settings.The model includes many factors such as perceived system quality, perceived instruction completion, perceived academicization, perceived information quality, perceived leakage risk, perceived social impact, satisfaction and trust, etc., and optimizes and improves the existing traditional model. After identifying the influencing factors by qualitative method, this paper builds a research model based on this and puts forward the research hypothesis, and further verifies the influencing factors by combining questionnaire method and structural equation model. The results show that perceived system quality, perceived instruction completion and perceived academicality have significant positive effects on college students' satisfaction with AIGC in scientific research context, and perceived information quality and perceived social influence have significant positive effects on college students' trust in AIGC in scientific research context. The perceived leakage risk has a significant negative impact on the trust degree of college students in AIGC in the scientific research context, while both satisfaction and trust have a significant positive impact on the willingness of college students to continue using AIGC in the scientific research context, and the willingness to continue using has a positive impact on the continuous use behavior. Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward suggestions for the optimization of AIGC from three aspects: platform, user and society, which not only provides a new perspective for the study of AIGC user behavior, but also provides a reference for AIGC education and technical improvement in universities.
