英文摘要: | Under the strategic background of “Healthy China 2030” and with the rapid development of short videos, mobile short video platforms have become the primary channel for college students to access health information. These platforms have constructed a new health information adoption scenario through unique elements such as algorithmic recommendations, fragmented content, and social interaction. However, they also face practical issues like information overload and uneven content quality. Existing research on health information behaviors among college students predominantly focuses on information behavior itself, lacking adaptations to the short video context. Therefore, this study investigates the influencing factors of health information adoption behaviors on mobile short video platforms from the perspective of college students. This research is grounded in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the Information Adoption Model (IAM), and the Health Belief Model (HBM). By employing in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys, this study explores the factors influencing college students' health information adoption behaviors on mobile short video platforms, constructs a theoretical model, and proposes strategies for both platforms and students to adapt to the digital health information trend. The findings provide insights for improving college students' information literacy and enhancing the quality of health information supply on short video platforms. Through interviews and surveys, this study identifies key variables: perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, information quality, perceived disease threat, perceived personalization, and system quality. The analysis validates research hypotheses and summarizes factors influencing college students' health information adoption behaviors on these platforms. Key findings include: Information quality, perceived personalization, and health information adoption intention positively influence adoption behaviors. Perceived enjoyment, perceived disease threat, self-efficacy, and perceived personalization positively affect adoption intention. System quality negatively impacts both adoption intention and behavior. Information quality indirectly enhances adoption behavior through perceived usefulness, though perceived usefulness itself has no significant direct effect. Based on these results, the study proposes seven recommendations: For platforms: Strengthen content review and management, optimize content production and dissemination, improve system functionality and algorithms, and provide personalized health information management tools. For students: Enhance individual information literacy and strengthen self-efficacy. This paper includes 4 figures, 34 tables, 83 references.
