| 中文摘要: | 阅读推广人是开展阅读推广工作的主体,在全民阅读促进工作中具有举足轻重的作用,是图书馆与社会的共同需要。但我国阅读推广人培育能力依然不足,距离满足实践要求还存在一定距离,培育工作仍需进一步优化。因此,本研究基于国家全民阅读战略持续推进的政策背景,针对当前阅读推广人才培养存在的现实问题,通过多元化的研究方法,探讨阅读推广人培育优化策略。 在研究中,本研究基于洋葱模型,通过整合文献成果、政策文本与1024份针对领域内专业人士的问卷,构建包含服务伦理、知识储备、实践技能、创新反哺四个维度在内的阅读推广人专业能力体系,为后文检视当前培育现状提供研究导向。在此基础上,后续研究采用混合研究方法,一方面,对全国154项培训活动和106项招募活动展开网络调查,检验现有培育对阅读推广人专业能力体系中各项能力的适配性;另一方面,以中图学会第二十一期阅读推广人培育行动为典型案例,结合问卷调查与深度访谈,探讨当前培训的实际运作效果,为优化阅读推广人培育提供切实可行的建议。 研究结果表明,当前阅读推广人培育存在能力培养与机制完善两方面的难题。具体表现为两方面:能力培养方面存在层级界限模糊、供需不匹配等特征;培育机制方面存在标准化建设、过程管理、资源协同等维度的缺陷,制约阅读推广人培育的进一步提升。针对这些问题,本研究从四个维度提出优化路径:建立分层分类的能力标准体系、完善覆盖职业发展全过程的培育机制,构建专业化发展支持平台、以及建立多方协同的社会化培育模式。旨在推动阅读推广人从单一服务执行者向综合型文化传播者的角色转变,为构建可持续发展的阅读推广人才培育提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Reading promoters are the main body of reading promotion work, and play a pivotal role in the promotion of reading for all, which is the common need of libraries and society. However, the cultivation capacity of reading promoters in China is still insufficient, and there is still a certain distance from meeting the requirements of practice, and the cultivation work still needs to be further optimized. Therefore, based on the policy background of the continuous promotion of the national national reading strategy, this study explores the optimization strategy of reading promoter cultivation through diversified research methods in response to the real problems in the cultivation of reading promoters. Based on the onion model, this study integrates literature, policy texts and 1024 questionnaires for professionals in the field to construct a professional competence system for reading promoters that includes four dimensions, namely service ethics, knowledge reserve, practical skills and innovative feedback, which provides a hierarchical validation framework for the review of the current cultivation status in the following article. On this basis, the follow-up study adopts a mixed research methodology: on the one hand, it conducts a network survey on 154 training activities and 106 recruiting activities nationwide to test the suitability of the existing training for the various competencies in the system of professional competencies for reading promoters; on the other hand, it takes the 21st Reading Promoter Cultivation Campaign of the China Graphic Design Institute as a typical case, combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to explore the actual operation effect of the current training and to optimize the training for the reading promoters. On the other hand, using the 21st Reading Promoter Cultivation Campaign of CCTU as a typical case, combined with the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, we explore the actual operation effect of the current training and provide practical suggestions for optimizing the training of reading promoters. The results of the study show that there are two problems in the training of reading promoters, namely, the cultivation of ability and the improvement of mechanism. This is manifested in two aspects: the blurring of hierarchical boundaries and the mismatch between supply and demand in capacity cultivation; and the deficiencies in the cultivation mechanism in the dimensions of standardization, process management, and resource synergy, which constrain the further enhancement of the cultivation of reading promoters. To address these problems, this study proposes optimization paths in four dimensions: establishing a hierarchical and classified competency standard system, improving the cultivation mechanism covering the whole process of career development, building a professional development support platform, and establishing a social cultivation model with multi-party collaboration. It aims to promote the role change of reading promoters from single-service executives to comprehensive cultural communicators, and to provide reference for the construction of a sustainable reading promotion talent cultivation. | |
