| 中文摘要: | 随着全球新能源革命的加速推进和市场竞争的日益激烈,成品油销售企业正面临着前所未有的挑战。新能源技术的广泛应用和消费者环保意识的提升,导致传统成品油市场需求下滑,而新兴能源市场的崛起则加剧了行业的竞争态势。在这样的背景下,成品油销售企业迫切需要探索新的发展战略,以实现可持续发展。 本文聚焦于成品油销售企业如何通过对人力资源管理改进来应对新能源革命和市场竞争的挑战。首先,分析了人力资源管理的相关理论,包括动态能力理论、人力资本理论、社会技术系统理论等内容,阐述了传统人力资源管理理论的局限性,深入探讨了现代人力资源管理改进的理论及实践应用,并对未来研究与发展方向进行了展望,同时从战略性、系统性、目标性、动态性、契合性等五个方面对转型期的人力资源管理改进要求进行了分析。 通过深入剖析X成品油销售企业的实际案例,本文揭示了企业在转型期间,人力资源管理优化的成功经验与存在问题。在此基础上,提出了人力资源管理优化的具体策略和建议,包括明确企业战略定位、优化组织结构、完善人才选拔与培养机制、强化绩效管理与激励机制、营造积极向上的企业文化等。 本文认为,成品油销售企业要实现可持续发展,必须高度重视人力资源管理改进与转型,将其作为企业支撑的重要组成部分。通过构建科学的人力资源管理体系,提升员工的综合素质和创新能力,企业才能在竞争红海中立于不败之地,实现长远发展目标。 本文的研究不仅为成品油销售企业提供了应对新能源革命和市场竞争的新思路和新方法,也为其他行业企业在复杂多变的市场环境中加强人力资源管理提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the acceleration of the global new energy revolution and increasingly fierce market competition, refined oil sales enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. The widespread application of new energy technologies and heightened environmental awareness among consumers have led to a decline in demand for traditional refined oil products, while the rise of emerging energy markets has intensified industry competition. Against this backdrop, refined oil sales enterprises urgently need to explore new development strategies to achieve sustainable development. This thesis focuses on how refined oil sales enterprises can improve their human resource management to address the challenges of the new energy revolution and market competition. It first analyzes the relevant theories of human resource management, including Dynamic Capabilities Theory, Human Capital Theory, and Social-Technical System Theory, elaborates on the limitations of traditional human resource management theories, and delves into the theoretical and practical applications of modern human resource management improvements. It also provides an outlook on future research and development directions. Furthermore, it analyzes the requirements for human resource management improvement during the transition period from five aspects: strategic orientation, systematicness, goal-orientedness, dynamism, and alignment. Through an in-depth analysis of the actual case of X refined oil sales enterprise, this thesis reveals the successful experiences and existing problems of human resource management optimization during the enterprise's transition period. Based on this, it proposes specific strategies and suggestions for human resource management optimization, including clarifying the enterprise's strategic positioning, optimizing organizational structures, improving talent selection and cultivation mechanisms, strengthening performance management and incentive mechanisms, and fostering a positive corporate culture. This thesis believes that to achieve sustainable development, refined oil sales enterprises must attach great importance to human resource management improvement and transformation, making it an essential component of enterprise support. By establishing a scientific human resource management system and enhancing the overall quality and innovation capabilities of employees, enterprises can stand firm in the competitive red ocean and achieve long-term development goals. The research in this thesis not only provides new ideas and methods for refined oil sales enterprises to respond to the new energy revolution and market competition but also offers useful references for other industry enterprises to strengthen human resource management in complex and changing market environments. | |
