| 中文摘要: | 基于数字乡村建设的推进、数字化与人口老龄化叠加以及农村空心化严重的多重背景,农村“银发青年”(55-64岁)的数字融入问题无疑成为影响乡村振兴与社会公平的重要议题。本研究以数字鸿沟理论、技术接受模型和社会支持理论为理论基础,采用问卷调查、深度访谈和参与式观察的混合研究方法,从数字接入、数字使用、数字知识、数字权利四个维度分析农村“银发青年”的数字融入现状及困境。研究发现,农村“银发青年”在数字乡村建设下虽在智能设备普及和基础功能应用上取得进展,但面临生活工具普及化与生产工具边缘化的割裂;数字使用集中于社交娱乐,生产性功能和公共服务参与度低;数字知识呈现风险意识悬浮与防御能力不足的矛盾,安全认知与实践能力脱节的现象;数字权利则面临形式普惠与实质排斥。通过对深度访谈文本和观察所得内容进行三级编码的质性研究表明,个体能力素养、主观感知、生活状况所构成的个体因素和家庭支持、社会支持、技术适配所构成的外部环境因素共同影响农村“银发青年”数字融入。基于此,立足于农村“银发青年”数字融入中存在的真实问题和深层成因,提出技术适配优化、支持网络重构、数字素养培育、制度保障协同等优化对策,助力农村“银发青年”实现从被动适应到主动赋能的转型,推动农村“银发青年”在数字乡村建设下真正融入数字生活。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The digital inclusion of rural silver youth has emerged as a significant issue impacting social equity and rural revitalization, given the development of digital rural construction, the superimposition of digitalization and population aging, and the increasingly severe rural hollowing-out. This study uses a mixed research method of questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, and participatory observation to analyze the current state and predicament of the digital inclusion of rural silver youth from four dimensions: digital access, digital use, digital knowledge, and digital rights,based on the theories of the digital divide, technology acceptance, and social support. According to the study, rural silver young are caught between the marginalization of production tools and the popularization of life tools, despite advancements in the adoption of smart devices and the use of fundamental features under digital rural construction. With minimal involvement in professional tasks and public services, their digital usage is mostly focused on social entertainment. Their digital knowledge demonstrates a gap between safety cognition and practical skill, as well as a contradiction between suspended risk awareness and inadequate defense capability. Their digital rights are subject to both substantive exclusion and formal inclusivity. The qualitative research based on the three-level coding of in-depth interview texts and observation results shows that individual factors such as individual ability and quality, subjective perception, and living conditions, as well as external environmental factors such as family support, social support, and technology adaptation, jointly affect the digital integration of rural silver youth. Based on this, in light of the real problems and deep causes existing in the digital integration of rural silver youth, this study proposes countermeasures such as optimizing technology adaptation, reconstructing support networks, cultivating digital literacy, and coordinating institutional guarantees to help rural silver youth transform from passive adaptation to active empowerment and truly integrate into digital life in the digital transformation. | |
