| 中文摘要: | 随着城市化进程的加速,城市道路交通运行效率已成为制约城市发展的重要因素。Y市作为著名的旅游城市和我国北方经济总量第一的地级市,其道路交通系统面临着结构性矛盾与资源分配不均的挑战。提升交通运行效率,不仅有助于缓解拥堵,更能为城市可持续发展提供动力。本研究旨在通过构建科学的评价体系并基于评价结果提出优化策略,为Y市交通管理部门提供决策支持,缓解Y市交通拥堵、改善出行环境,实现“交通强国”目标。 本文基于Y市智慧交通建设项目,从城市交通发展入手,分析了Y市交通现况和智能交通建设情况,选取了城市空间结构、交通结构、基础设施等多维度的评价指标,通过对多源交通数据进行融合,综合运用熵值法与模糊综合评价法,构建了城市交通运行效率评价指标体系。本研究采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,确保了研究结果的科学性与实用性。 本文通过构建道路交通运行效率指标体系,揭示了城市结构与交通结构、道路基础设施因素对交通运行状况有关键影响。大力进行交通基础设施建设,优化道路交通组织,实行智能的交通控制策略对于城市交通发展具有很大的促进作用。在评价指标体系建立之后,本研究从数据、组织人员等方面提出了全方位的应用保障措施,根据指标体系的应用成果,提出了一系列具有针对性和可操作性的路口优化方案,具有较强的针对性与可操作性,对改善Y市交通运行状况具有实际意义。 本研究的创新之处在于基于多源交通数据的融合构建了多维度的道路交通效率评价指标体系,为城市交通管理提供了全新的视角与方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the acceleration of urbanization, urban road traffic operation efficiency has become a crucial factor constraining urban development. As a renowned tourist city and the top prefecture-level city in terms of economic output in northern China, Y City faces significant challenges related to structural contradictions and uneven resource allocation in its road traffic system. Enhancing traffic operation efficiency is essential not only for alleviating congestion but also for providing impetus for sustainable urban development. This thesis aims to construct a scientific evaluation system and propose optimization strategies based on the evaluation results, thereby offering decision-making support to Y City's traffic management department, easing traffic congestion, improving travel conditions, and contributing to the goal of “a country with strong transportation network”. Based on Y City's intelligent transportation project, this thesis analyzes the current state of Y City's traffic and the construction of intelligent transportation systems. It selects multi-dimensional evaluation indicators, including urban spatial structure, traffic structure, and infrastructure. By integrating multi-source traffic data and applying the entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this thesis constructs an evaluation index system for urban road traffic operation efficiency. A combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods ensures the scientific validity and practical applicability of the research results. This thesis reveals that urban structure, traffic structure, and road infrastructure are key factors influencing traffic conditions. Vigorous investment in traffic infrastructure construction, optimization of road traffic organization, and implementation of intelligent traffic control strategies are highly beneficial for urban traffic development. Following the establishment of the evaluation system, comprehensive safeguards are proposed regarding data management and organizational coordination. Based on application outcomes of the indicator system, targeted and actionable intersection optimization solutions are developed, demonstrating practical significance for improving traffic conditions in City Y. The innovative aspect of this thesis lies in constructing a multidimensional road traffic efficiency evaluation system through multi-source traffic data fusion, providing novel perspectives and methodologies for urban traffic management. | |
