中文摘要:在全球积极推进能源结构低碳化转型、全力应对气候变化的时代浪潮中,氢能凭借其清洁高效的特性,成为实现“双碳”目标的关键力量,而绿色制氢技术作为零碳排放的前沿领域,备受瞩目。本研究以全球绿色制氢技术专利数据为基石,综合运用定量统计与文本挖掘方法,深入且系统地剖析了该技术的发展态势。 研究结果显示,全球绿色制氢技术专利数量呈现出总体上升的趋势,其发展历程可清晰划分为技术导入期、初步探索期、快速增长期和转型变化期四个阶段。现阶段,技术研发的重点主要集中在电解制氢及其配套技术领域,相关专利占据较高比例。催化剂技术、燃料电池技术等虽发展平稳,但仍具备较大的提升空间。 在区域竞争方面,中国专利申请量占比37%,优势明显,但在专利质量和部分关键技术上与欧美发达国家存在差距。通过对国内外绿色制氢技术专利的技术-经济-法律三维度对比分析可知,中国在成本控制、资源利用和环保方面优势突出授权发明专利体现了一定技术实力,审查中的发明专利反映出创新活跃,但失效专利也显示出审查严格和技术创新门槛高。此外,研究还发现中国绿色制氢技术产学研合作虽对技术发展有推动作用,但合作网络结构有待优化。并通过计算预测出合作可能性更高的创新主体。本研究旨在为政策制定者、企业和科研机构提供决策依据,助力绿色制氢技术从“专利数量优势”向“产业质量优势”转变,推动全球氢能经济高质量发展。 
英文摘要:In the era of global efforts to promote the low-carbon transformation of the energy structure and combat climate change, hydrogen energy, with its clean and efficient characteristics, has become a crucial force in achieving the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. Green hydrogen production technology, as a cutting-edge zero-carbon-emission field, has attracted significant attention. This study is based on the global patent data of green hydrogen production technology and comprehensively applies quantitative statistics and text mining methods to deeply and systematically analyze its development trend. The research results show that the number of global patents for green hydrogen production technology generally exhibits an upward trend, and its development process can be clearly divided into four stages: the technology introduction period, the preliminary exploration period, the rapid growth period, and the transformation period. At present, the focus of technology research and development mainly lies in electrolytic hydrogen production and its supporting technology fields, with related patents accounting for a relatively high proportion. Although technologies such as catalyst technology and fuel cell technology have developed steadily, there is still considerable room for improvement. In terms of regional competition, China has a significant advantage with a 37% share in patent applications. However, there are still gaps compared with developed countries in Europe and America in terms of patent quality and some key technologies. Through the three - dimensional comparative analysis of technology, economy, and law of green hydrogen production technology patents at home and abroad, it can be seen that China has outstanding advantages in cost control, resource utilization, and environmental protection. Authorized invention patents reflect a certain technical strength, and invention patents under review indicate active innovation. However, invalid patents also show strict review and high thresholds for technological innovation. In addition, the research also finds that although the industry-university-research cooperation in China's green hydrogen production technology has promoted technological development, the cooperation network structure needs to be optimized. Moreover, the research calculates and predicts the innovative entities with a higher probability of cooperation. This research aims to provide decision-making references for policymakers, enterprises, and scientific research institutions, helping to transform green hydrogen production technology from a "patent quantity advantage" to an "industrial quality advantage" and promoting the high-quality development of the global hydrogen energy economy.
