| 中文摘要: | 在全球碳中和目标驱动下,新能源汽车行业成为各国绿色转型的关键领域,中国新能源汽车企业凭借技术与政策优势加速国际化。通过文献梳理,本研究发现现有的研究在探讨企业国际化战略时,往往集中于单一视角或阶段性分析,缺乏对国际化全过程的多维度动态描述。因此,本研究以战略三角理论为分析框架,结合动态能力理论,探讨中国新能源汽车企业如何通过制度、行业与资源的协同作用实现国际化,旨在揭示新兴市场企业国际化路径的动态机制,并为理论深化与实践策略提供参考。 比亚迪作为中国新能源汽车行业的领军企业,其国际化战略具有典型性和代表性。本研究采用纵向单案例研究法,结合文献研究与内容分析法,利用Python爬虫的方式搜集中国新闻网、一带一路网比亚迪的相关新闻,并通过手工补充的方式,从比亚迪年报及行业调研问答记录中提取文本,在此基础上系统梳理比亚迪2008年至2024年的国际化历程。本研究基于战略三角理论,从制度基础观、行业基础观与资源基础观切入,融合动态能力理论,探讨比亚迪如何动态整合外部环境与内部资源以制定国际化战略。 研究发现,比亚迪的国际化战略受到三方面因素的共同驱动,政策支持提供了制度拉力,国内竞争的加剧以及全球市场的潜力构成了行业推力,同时比亚迪凭借其动态能力,通过敏锐的环境感知和有效的资源利用实现了战略调适。制度层面,通过政策响应与合法性溢出构建跨国信任,降低外来者劣势;行业层面,依托国内竞争压力与全球市场窗口期实现“商用车破局—乘用车深耕”的阶梯式布局;资源层面,以技术认证、战略联盟与海外建厂将静态资源转化为动态优势。本研究将战略三角与动态能力理论结合,构建动态综合分析模型,揭示新兴经济体企业国际化中制度、行业与资源的协同演化机制,补充了传统理论对动态性与情境化解释的不足,为同类企业提供战略启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Driven by the global carbon neutrality target, the new energy vehicle industry has become a key area of green transformation in various countries, and Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises have accelerated their internationalization based on their technological and policy advantages. Through the literature review, this study finds that existing research tends to focus on a single perspective or a stage analysis in exploring the internationalization strategy of enterprises, and lacks a multi-dimensional and dynamic description of the whole internationalization process. Therefore, this study takes the strategy triangle theory as the analytical framework and combines it with the dynamic capability theory to explore how Chinese new energy automobile enterprises realize internationalization through the synergy of institutions, industries and resource bases, aiming to reveal the dynamic mechanism of internationalization paths of enterprises in emerging markets, and to provide references for the theoretical enrichment and practical strategies. BYD, as a leading enterprise in China's new energy automobile industry, has a typical and representative internationalization strategy. This study adopts the longitudinal single-case study method, combines the literature research and content analysis method, uses Python to gather BYD's related news from China News Website and China Belt and Road Website, and extracts the text from BYD's annual report and the Q&A records of the industry research through manual supplementation, on the basis of which, this study systematically organizes the internationalization history of BYD from 2008 to 2024. Based on the Strategy Tripod theory, this study explores how BYD dynamically integrates the external environment and internal resources to formulate its internationalization strategy by integrating the institutional based view, the industry based view and the resource based view, and integrating the Dynamic Capability theory. The research findings indicate that BYD's internationalization strategy is jointly driven by three factors. Policy support provides the institutional pull, while the intensification of domestic competition and the potential of the global market constitute the industry push. Meanwhile, BYD has achieved strategic adjustment through its dynamic capabilities, which are demonstrated by keen environmental perception and effective resource utilization. At the institutional level, BYD builds transnational trust through policy response and legitimacy overflow, and reduces the disadvantage of outsiders; at the industry level, BYD relies on the domestic competitive pressure and the opportunity of the global market to realize the stepped layout of commercial vehicle breakthrough to passenger vehicle development; at the resource level, BYD transforms its static resources into dynamic resources through technological certifications, strategic alliances, and building factories overseas. This study combines Strategy Tripod and Dynamic Capability theory to construct a dynamic and comprehensive analytical model, which reveals the synergistic evolution mechanism of institutions, industries, and resources in the internationalization of enterprises in emerging economies, supplements the inadequacy of traditional theories in explaining dynamics and contextualization, and provides strategic insights for similar enterprises. | |
