中文摘要：	煤炭贸易作为全球能源供应链的重要组成部分，其营运资金管理对于保障行业内企业正常运营、降低资金成本、增强市场竞争力具有至关重要的作用。而煤炭作为大宗商品，其贸易公司的营运资金管理不仅受到企业内部管理的影响，还受到宏观经济环境、政策法规和市场变化等外界环境的制约。例如：煤炭市场的价格波动、复杂的物流需求和严格的环保政策等因素，都会给煤炭贸易公司营运资金管理带来诸多挑战。所以，综合考量内外部因素影响进行营运资金管理成为煤炭贸易企业提高市场竞争力的关键。 传统的营运资金管理体系过于聚焦于特定要素周转情况，忽略了整体影响。为了弥补这一不足，本文在传统的营运资金管理理论基础之上，引入渠道理论的概念，并且在问题分析中参考借鉴了供应链理论以及客户关系理论。首先，结合贸易企业特点，本文将营运资金区分采购渠道、销售渠道以及理财渠道，分别从各个渠道对A公司目前营运资金管理现状进行评价。然后，针对各个渠道，通过相关指标发展趋势以及同行业均值对比，发现在各渠道中存在的问题。最后，分别从经营活动中各个渠道出发，针对相关问题提出相应的改善建议。 本文将营运资金管理与渠道理论相结合，并选取一家中小型煤炭贸易公司作为案例，结合实际情况与宏观环境为A公司提供了具有实践意义的营运资金管理优化思路。此外，本案例不仅丰富了营运资金管理相关文献，并且为煤炭贸易行业提供了有利参考。
英文摘要：	Coal trade is an important part of the global energy supply chain, and its working capital management plays a vital role in ensuring the normal operation of enterprises in the industry, reducing capital costs and enhancing market competitiveness. As a bulk commodity, the working capital management of coal trading companies is not only affected by the internal management of enterprises, but also restricted by the external environment such as macroeconomic environment, policies, regulations and market changes. For example, factors such as price fluctuations in the coal market, complex logistics needs and strict environmental protection policies will bring many challenges to the working capital management of coal trading companies. Therefore, comprehensive consideration of internal and external factors for working capital management has become the key to improve the market competitiveness of coal trading enterprises. The traditional working capital management system focuses too much on the turnover of specific factors and ignores the overall impact. In order to make up for this shortcoming, this paper introduces the concept of channel theory on the basis of traditional working capital management theory, and draws reference from supply chain theory and customer relationship theory in problem analysis. First of all, combined with the characteristics of trading enterprises, this paper divides working capital into procurement channels, sales channels and financial channels, and evaluates the current working capital management status of Company A from each channel. Then, according to each channel, through the development trend of relevant indicators and the comparison of the average value of the same industry, the existing problems in each channel are found. Finally, starting from each channel in the business activities, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward in view of the relevant problems. This paper combines working capital management with channel theory, and selects A small and medium-sized coal trading company as a case, combining the actual situation and macro environment to provide A company with practical significance of working capital management optimization ideas. In addition, this case not only enriches the literature on working capital management, but also provides a favorable reference for the coal trade industry.
