| 中文摘要: | 随着经济蓬勃发展,人们对于茶叶饮品的需求日益增大,茶饮市场呈现出群体年轻化和消费日常化的特点。从诸如喜茶、霸王茶姬等新茶饮品牌迅速崛起这一新现象中,不难发现茶叶消费群体从传统的中老年,逐渐扩展至年轻一代,茶叶受众基础持不断拓宽,焕发新生。与此同时,“口粮茶”市场欣欣向荣,茶叶已经融入日常消费场景。面对市场新趋势,传统茶叶行业普遍面临高存货持有率的挑战。在此背景下,传统茶企能否把握新消费趋势,调整经营策略与产品定位,并不断优化存货管理以降低过高的存货持有率所带来的挑战,将是决定茶企能否在新市场环境下保持良好发展势头,乃至脱颖而出的关键所在。 本文以存货管理为核心,选取A县的代表性龙头茶企作为案例分析对象,深入分析其现行的存货管理问题,并提出优化设计方案,旨在提升企业的存货管理水平。BN茶业公司作为黑茶行业龙头品牌,具备多项制茶专利,参与研制机制茯茶国家标准样品,在行业中具有技术优势,有一定的代表性。 BN茶业公司是一家主营黑茶生产和销售,同时涵盖红茶、绿茶、花茶和乌龙茶多品类茶叶的精制茶加工企业。本文采用文献研究、案例研究和实地调研相结合的方法,以BN茶业公司存货管理为研究对象,发现公司在存货管理过程环节中遇到的问题,并结合BN公司所在行业的发展情况,对原有存货管理问题进行优化设计,最后得出研究结论。第二章主要梳理存货管理的相关理论和茶叶行业的特征情况,为后续BN公司存货管理优化设计构建提供理论基础。第三章首先对BN茶业公司所在行业环境和存货管理现状进行分析,对BN茶业公司2021年至2023年的财务数据和存货管理现状做详细分析,然后总结BN茶业公司现有存货管理的实施情况。第四章结合第三章的分析结果,对BN茶业公司的存货管理流程中存在的问题进行梳理并分析原因。第五章在第四章问题及原因分析的基础上,对BN茶业公司现有的存货管理提出优化方案并配以保障措施。 存货管理作为茶企普遍面临的挑战,其优化策略具有重要意义。本文以BN公司为例,提出的存货管理改进方案,不仅旨在解决该公司自身的存货管理难题,更为同行业其他企业在应对新消费背景下优化存货管理提供一定的参考和启发。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the booming economy, people's demand for tea drinks is increasing, tea drinks market presents a group of young people and consumption of daily characteristics. From the rapid rise of new tea drink brands such as HEYTEA, CHAGEE and other new phenomena, it is not difficult to find tea consumer groups from the traditional middle-aged and old people, gradually expanding to the younger generation, the tea audience base to hold a continuous broadening of the new life. At the same time, the “ration tea” market is thriving, tea has been integrated into the daily consumption scene. In the face of new market trends, the traditional tea industry is generally faced with the challenge of high inventory holding rate. In this context, whether traditional tea enterprises can accurately grasp the new consumer trends, flexibly adjust business strategies and product positioning, and continuously optimize inventory management to reduce the challenges of high inventory holding rate will be the key to determining whether tea enterprises can maintain good momentum in the new market environment, and even stand out. This paper takes inventory management as its core, selects a representative leading tea company in County A as the case study object, deeply analyzes its current inventory management issues, and proposes an optimization design scheme, aiming to improve the company's inventory management level. BN Tea Company, as a leading brand in the dark tea industry, has multiple tea-making patents, participates in the development of national standard samples for mechanism Fu tea, and has a technical advantage in the industry, making it somewhat representative. BN Tea Company is a refined tea processing enterprise that mainly produces and sells black tea, while also covering multiple categories of tea such as black tea, green tea, flower tea, and oolong tea. This article uses a combination of literature research, case studies, and field research to study the inventory management of BN Tea Company. It identifies problems in the inventory management process and optimizes the design of existing inventory management issues based on the development of the industry in which BN Tea Company operates during the era of hot tea sales. Finally, it draws research conclusions. Chapter 2 mainly reviews the relevant theories of inventory management and the characteristics of the tea industry, providing a theoretical foundation for the subsequent optimization design of the company's inventory management. Chapter 3 first analyzes the industry environment and inventory management status of BN Tea Company, and conducts a detailed analysis of the financial data and inventory management status of BN Tea Company from 2020 to 2023. Then, it summarizes the implementation of the existing inventory management system of BN Tea Company. Chapter 4 combines the analysis results of Chapter 3 to sort out and analyze the problems in the inventory management process of BN Tea Company and their causes. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in Chapter 4, Chapter 5 proposes optimization solutions for the existing inventory management of BN Tea Company, accompanied by safeguard measures. Inventory management is a common challenge faced by tea companies, and its optimization strategy is of great significance. This article takes BN company as an example and proposes an inventory management improvement plan that not only aims to solve the company's own inventory management challenges. | |
