中文摘要：	党的十九大报告首次提出“交通强国”战略，党的二十大报告进一步强调要“加快建设交通强国”，网络货运行业作为我国交通运输业重要组成部分和新兴业态，逐渐步入高速发展和高质量发展道路。网络货运行业的发展正好契合交通运输行业转型升级、降本增效的需要，有必要对行业内公司的财务风险管理展开研究，以实现改善网络货运公司财务风险管理现状、合理控制财务风险、提高风险管理水平、促进网络货运行业健康发展的目的。 本文以C网络货运公司为研究对象，首先对国内外关于网络货运与财务风险管理的研究文献进行归纳总结，对财务风险管理进行概念界定和理论介绍。其次对网络货运行业和C网络货运公司进行基本情况介绍，结合公司业务、财务等状况对财务风险管理现状进行分析，进而总结C网络货运公司在财务风险管理上存在的问题以及背后的原因，最后给出相应的优化与保障措施。 对C网络货运公司财务风险管理现状的分析是从筹资风险管理、投资风险管理、经营风险管理和现金流风险管理四个方面展开的，发现公司在财务风险管理方面存在以下五个问题：缺乏完备有效的财务风险识别和评估流程、筹资风险应对措施不恰当、投资项目投后风险应对简单且滞后、资金调度缺乏合理计划、未建立财务风险监控反馈机制。再进一步分析C网络货运公司管理上存在的问题的背后原因，包括公司治理层风险管理意识薄弱、缺乏健全的内部控制机制、公司战略目标以市场占有为主这三个主要原因。最后针对上述问题提出优化建议，包括建立健全财务风险管理制度、实施多元化筹资方案应对风险、加强投资项目投后风险管理、重视资金流动性风险问题。为了保障措施的可行性，公司应当提高日常经营管理水平、积极介入车后服务市场、持续关注行业发展趋势。 本文的理论意义在于为网络货运行业的财务风险管理相关研究提供案例支撑，拓展网络货运行业财务风险管理方面的研究文献；本文的现实意义在于丰富网络货运行业的实践研究，为相关部门对网络货运行业进行有效监管提供参考，也为网络货运行业内其他企业优化自身财务风险管理提供实际参考依据。
英文摘要：	The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the strategy of "building a strong transportation country", and the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further emphasized the need to "accelerate the construction of a strong transportation country". As an important component and emerging business model of China's transportation industry, the online freight industry has gradually entered the path of high-speed and high-quality development. The development of the online freight industry coincides with the needs of the transportation industry's transformation and upgrading, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. It is necessary to conduct research on the financial risk management of companies in the industry, in order to improve the current situation of financial risk management of online freight companies, reasonably control financial risks, enhance risk management level, and promote the healthy development of the online freight industry. This article takes C Network Freight Company as the research object. Firstly, it summarizes the research literature on network freight and financial risk management at home and abroad, defines the concept of financial risk management, and introduces the theory. Next, an introduction to the basic situation of the online freight industry and C Network Freight Company will be provided. Based on the company's business and financial situation, an analysis of the current financial risk management status will be conducted. Furthermore, the problems and underlying reasons for C Network Freight Company's financial risk management will be summarized, and corresponding optimization and security measures will be proposed. The analysis of the current situation of financial risk management of C Network Freight Company is carried out from four aspects: financing risk management, investment risk management, operational risk management, and cash flow risk management. It is found that the company has the following five problems in financial risk management: lack of complete and effective financial risk identification and evaluation process, inappropriate financing risk response measures, simple and lagging post investment risk response of investment projects, lack of reasonable planning for fund scheduling, and failure to establish a financial risk monitoring and feedback mechanism. Further analyze the underlying reasons for the management problems of C Network Freight Company, including weak risk management awareness among the corporate governance, lack of sound internal control mechanisms, and the company's strategic goal of market share as the main reason. Finally, optimization suggestions are proposed for the above issues, including establishing a sound financial risk management system, implementing diversified financing plans to address risks, strengthening post investment risk management of investment projects, and attaching importance to liquidity risk issues. In order to ensure the feasibility of the measures, the company should improve its daily business management level, actively intervene in the after-sales service market, and continue to pay attention to industry development trends. The theoretical significance of this article lies in providing case support for research on financial risk management in the online freight industry, and expanding the research literature on financial risk management in the online freight industry; The practical significance of this article lies in enriching the practical research of the online freight industry, providing reference for relevant departments to effectively regulate the online freight industry, and also providing practical reference for other enterprises in the online freight industry to optimize their own financial risk management.
