中文摘要：	随着19 世纪末工业革命的推进，交通与通信技术的突飞猛进为企业铺就了全球化战略的道路。历经一个世纪的风雨，尤其是2008 年金融危机的洗礼，全球经济不仅逐渐恢复，更催生了史无前例的全球化浪潮。文化交融、航运畅通、信息技术日新月异，共同塑造了这一进程。但当前，世界经济面临地缘政治的紧张、能源结构的转型以及新冠疫情的肆虐，呈现出"VUCA"（波动性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性）态势，给供应链稳定性带来空前挑战，亦影响着跨国公司在全球化与本土化战略间的权衡。 A 公司，作为电力行业的佼佼者，拥有百年历史，业务遍布全球，且在欧盟、亚太和北美等世界主要经济体的市场占有率超15%。为响应全球对电网建设与升级的迫切需求，A 公司在全球范围内设立了近百家工厂与服务中心。但同时，A 公司快速发展的同时，外部环境的变化和各地区供应商的发展不平衡以及全球的动态变化，其实在对其全球供应链的稳定性造成了很大的负面影响。 本研究以 A 公司的铝铸件采购为案例，探讨其如何在全球采购战略中寻求有效策略，以支持公司和业务层面的战略目标，构建和加强竞争优势，并规避潜在风险。研究首先概述了背景、重要性、研究思路与方法，然后综合评述了战略管理、全球商务、竞争优势及采购品类管理等领域的文献。继而深入分析了 A 公司的内外部环境和采购现状，识别了现有采购战略需要更新以应对的全球挑战，以此提出了相应的采购策略与保障措施。
英文摘要：	Following the industrial revolution in the late 19th century, advancements in transportation and communication have set the stage for corporate globalization. Despite challenges like the 2008 financial crisis, the global economy has rebounded, leading to an era of unprecedented globalization. However, geopolitical tensions,energy transitions, and the COVID-19 pandemic have created a "VUCA" landscape,testing supply chain stability and complicating the strategy balance for multinationals. As a century-old leader in the power industry with a global presence and over 15% market share in key economies, Company A has established numerous factories and service centers worldwide. Yet, its decentralized supply chain has increased costs and risks. This study examines how Company A develops effective global procurement strategies for aluminum castings, aiming to support strategic objectives, enhance competitive advantages, and mitigate risks. It provides an overview of the research background and methodology, reviews relevant literature, and analyzes Company A's environment and current procurement practices. The study identifies the need for updated procurement strategies to address global challenges and proposes solutions. The research's purpose, approach, and significance, focusing on Company A's global procurement strategies amidst a complex global business environment.
