英文摘要:In the context of increasing energy demand, hydrogen energy, as a clean, efficient and renewable energy, has attracted more and more attention. However, the development and utilization of hydrogen energy faces many challenges, one of the most critical issues is the development of hydrogen energy valves. Hydrogen energy valve as an important part of hydrogen energy storage and transportation system, its performance and quality directly affect the safety and efficiency of the whole system. The wide application of domestic hydrogen energy valves will reduce the application cost of hydrogen supply systems, improve the stability of the supply chain, and play an important role in the development of the hydrogen energy industry. In this paper, L company's hydrogen valve product development strategy as the core research object, based on the latest research results, around the logical framework of new product development strategy, in-depth discussion of its motivation, type, object and promotion strategy. It aims to help the future development of L company through scientific guidance and provide reference for the industry. As a traditional industrial valve manufacturing enterprise, the opportunities and challenges coexist in the field of new energy. Through in-depth analysis, combined with the advantages of L company in the forefront of technology, market layout and internal conditions, this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of L company's development of hydrogen energy valves. In the development strategy of hydrogen valve products, L company should adopt a precise focusing strategy, focus on the research and development of high pressure hydrogen valve and low temperature liquid hydrogen valve field, and creatively use imitation and innovation strategy, aimed at ensuring product excellent performance at the same time, to achieve a major breakthrough at the technical level.
