中文摘要:在新冠疫情的猛烈冲击后,世界经济遭受了严重的衰退困扰,全球主要经济体的消费能力显著降级,导致各生产企业的订单量大幅缩水。电子制造业作为消费领域各产业链中的典型代表,也经历着需求减弱、产能过剩的困境,各电子制造业企业面临着极大的成本挑战。物流作为供应链的重要一环,是连接企业供应、生产与销售的重要纽带,也是企业经营的主要成本来源之一,对物流的成本优化在当前的宏观环境下显得尤为重要。作为一种物流模式,第三方物流凭借其专业性和规模效应,能够为企业提供更加定制化的运输模式和相对较低的成本,满足电子制造业各种供应链战略的需要,深受电子制造业企业的青睐。 J公司是全球某电子制造龙头企业F集团的物流子公司,统筹管理集团第三方物流的采购与运营,目前其正面临着来自集团内部的降本压力、自身经营层面的挑战以及外部市场的激烈竞争,其成本居高不下的问题已成为亟待解决的紧迫事项。本文以J公司为例,深入挖掘并分析了引发电子制造业第三方物流成本问题的典型原因。针对各典型原因,本文提出了标准成本制定和混合型采购的成本优化设计,并建立物流需求端、物流运营端和物流质量端的实施保障。通过这些措施,J公司能够有效优化第三方物流的显性采购成本和隐形管理成本,并且提高物流服务的整体质量,确保集团供应链的稳定性和可靠性。 本研究将运筹学的层次分析法、管理经济学的成本分析法和采购与供应管理学的采购理论应用到第三方物流成本优化中,对电子制造业的第三方物流成本管理具有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:After being severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the world economy has been plagued by a serious recession, with the consumption capacity of major global economies significantly downgraded, leading to a substantial reduction in the order volume of manufacturing enterprises. As a typical representative of various industrial chains in the consumption field, the electronic manufacturing industry is also experiencing the challenges of weakened demand and overcapacity, and enterprises in this industry are facing significant cost challenges. Logistics, an important part of the supply chain, serves as a crucial link connecting enterprise supply, production, and sales, and is also one of the main cost sources for enterprise operations. Thus, optimizing logistics costs is of particular importance in the current macroeconomic environment. As a logistics model, third-party logistics, by virtue of its professionalism and economies of scale, is capable of providing enterprises with more customized transportation modes and relatively lower costs, meeting the requirements of various supply chain strategies in the electronic manufacturing industry and being highly favored by enterprises in this sector. J Company, a logistics subsidiary of F Group, a leading enterprise in the global electronic manufacturing industry, is responsible for the overall management of the procurement and operation of third-party logistics within the group. Currently, it is confronted with cost reduction pressure from within the group, challenges at its own operational level, and intense competition in the external market. The issue of high costs has become an urgent matter that demands immediate resolution. Taking J Company as an example, this thesis?conducts an in-depth exploration and analysis of the typical causes underlying the third-party logistics cost problems in the electronic manufacturing industry. In response to these causes, this thesis?proposes cost optimization designs involving standard cost formulation and hybrid procurement, and establishes implementation guarantees for the logistics demand side, logistics operation side, and logistics quality side. Through these measures, J Company can effectively optimize the explicit procurement costs and implicit management costs of third-party logistics, and enhance the overall quality of logistics services, ensuring the stability and reliability of the group's supply chain. This thesis?applies the analytic hierarchy process of operations research, the cost analysis method of management economics, and the procurement theory of procurement and supply management to the optimization of third-party logistics costs, which holds reference significance for the management of third-party logistics costs in the electronic manufacturing industry.
