| 英文摘要: | This thesis aims to address the key issues in the supply chain information system of F Company by proposing optimization solutions to enhance its supply chain management efficiency and market competitiveness. F Company, a small and medium-sized machinery export enterprise, faces several challenges in its supply chain management, such as inefficient information flow, data redundancy, and slow decision-making processes. Given the global competitive environment, improving supply chain management efficiency is crucial. However, due to limited scale and budget, F Company is unable to adopt high-cost ERP systems or other comprehensive management software like larger enterprises. Therefore, this thesis focuses on proposing a series of low-cost and feasible solutions to improve operational efficiency through business process optimization and information flow enhancement, considering the company's budget constraints. Firstly, the thesis provides a detailed analysis of the current state of F Company's supply chain information system. The company's information management primarily relies on shared office software, leading to a lack of systematized support for data collection, processing, and communication. There are significant information silos between departments, and issues such as data redundancy and manual data entry frequently occur, causing delays and errors in information transmission. This situation not only reduces the overall efficiency of the supply chain but also hampers the company's ability to respond quickly to market demands. Through a thorough analysis of these issues, the thesis identifies the key tasks in optimizing the supply chain information system, namely improving information sharing efficiency, reducing manual operations, and enhancing collaboration across supply chain links. Based on F Company’s actual situation, the thesis proposes four main optimization directions. The first is business process optimization and automation. Currently, many manual operations exist in the company's procurement, export, and tax refund processes, which not only increase the workload but also result in delays and errors in information flow. By simplifying business processes and introducing automation tools, the company can significantly reduce human intervention, thus improving operational efficiency and data accuracy. The thesis presents automation solutions for each business process, helping the company minimize manual operations and enhance overall collaboration within supply chain management. The second direction is data integration and information sharing. F Company currently relies on disparate systems and tools for data recording and sharing, leading to inconsistencies and delays in information flow. The thesis proposes the creation of a unified data platform to integrate the company’s internal data resources, allowing for automatic updates and sharing. This system can improve internal operational efficiency and enable better coordination across the supply chain (including suppliers and customers), avoiding information asymmetry. By simplifying the data input and output processes, the company can further reduce human errors and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of information management. Technical architecture optimization is another critical component of this research. Although F Company cannot adopt high-cost ERP systems due to budget constraints, the thesis proposes a solution for upgrading its existing technology. For example, the company could combine a database system with its current shared office software to enable faster data processing and transmission. This solution is low-cost but can significantly improve the integration of the information system and can be gradually expanded as the company grows. Through this incremental technological upgrade, F Company can enhance the overall capability of its information management system without a significant increase in costs. Lastly, the thesis emphasizes the importance of risk management and control mechanisms in supply chain management. Uncertainties in the supply chain, such as supplier delivery delays, price fluctuations, and changes in market demand, can negatively impact the company's operations. By establishing risk management mechanisms, F Company can better respond to these potential risks and ensure the stable operation of its supply chain. The thesis proposes the design of risk warning mechanisms and risk-sharing mechanisms to detect problems promptly and take appropriate countermeasures, reducing uncertainty in the supply chain and ensuring the company's stable operation. This thesis provides practical and feasible pathways for upgrading F Company’s supply chain information system while considering budget constraints. In addition to offering a low-cost optimization strategy tailored to the company’s situation, the research outcomes are also applicable to other small and medium-sized enterprises, providing theoretical support and practical references for supply chain management information system optimization. By focusing on problem-solving logic and planning, this thesis offers strategic guidance for F Company’s future development, helping it improve market competitiveness and operational efficiency. | |
