| 中文摘要: | 中国是世界上最大的纺织品生产国和出口国,长久以来一直受到配额的限制。2005年1月1日,全球纺织品服装配额取消,从此,全球纺织业进入了一个全新的自由贸易时代。进入自由贸易时代以后,国际市场将更加开放,这为中国纺织品出口企业带来了巨大的机遇,然而也必须看到配额的取消也为中国纺织业带来了挑战。 配额的取消将为中国纺织业带来何种机遇以及挑战?国际纺织服装业会如何进行资源的重新优化和组合?国内纺织业应该如何调整自身战略以适应新的挑战?纺织企业国际化战略是近年来,特别是纺织品配额取消以后,在政府、学术界以及企业界谈论的热点之一。传统的纺织服装企业国际化更多的是建立在比较优势的理论基础之上,但是现在其假设和环境条件都已经发生了变化,光用比较优势理论已经很难再为纺织品企业的国际化提供战略指导,而新的理论尚待在实践中进行检验。纺织品出口企业选择什么样的国际化战略以适应国际纺织品服装环境的变化已经成为中国纺织服装业的当务之急。 本文将以资源基础理论为基础,通过对世界纺织品服装贸易的分析以及中国纺织品企业资源的识别,提出后配额时代中国纺织品服装出口企业的国际化战略,从而提高中国纺织业在国际市场上的竞争力,适应后配额时代的新形势。 本文共分为六章,第一章为引言,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究动机、研究方法以及研究内容和框架。第二章再现了后配额时代世界纺织品服装的贸易格局,分析了配额取消给中国纺织企业带来的机遇以及挑战。第三章回顾了基于资源的观点,阐述了企业资源与持续性竞争优势之间的关系。第四章首先分析了纺织业宏观政策对企业内容资源的影响,并对中国纺织企业的资源进行识别、分析,在此基础上对中国纺织企业的资源进行重新配置。第五章提出了后配额时代中国纺织品出口企业的国际化战略-境内出口型战略和跨国对外直接投资型战略,指出了企业国际化应该采取的对策,最后结合鄂尔多斯羊绒集团和华源集团的国际化案例来深入分析和阐述。第六章对本文进行了总结,并对以后的研究进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Although China has become the largest fabrics manufacturer and exporter in the world, China’s textile and clothing industry has strictly restricted by the quota system in the international market. With the termination of the quota system on January 1st, 2005, the global textile and clothing industry came into the newly-era of free trade. The termination of the quota system enables China’s textile and clothing enterprises to get more chances in international market, but at the same time it brings out new challenges to them. What chances and challenges will be posed for China’s textile and clothing industry by the termination of the quota system? How to optimize and relocate the resources in the international textile and clothing industry? China’s textile and clothing industry should how to adjust its international strategy to adapt new challenge? The international strategy of textile enterprises is the focused view within the government, academia and corporation in the past few years. Traditionally, the international strategy of China’s textile and clothing enterprises is based on the theory of comparative advantage, but now the circumstances has changed. The comparative advantage is hard to give advice to textile and clothing enterprises about international strategy, and the new theory has tested in practice. It is the urgent affairs that China’s textile and clothing enterprises choose which international strategies to adapt new environment about international textile and clothing market. In order to improve the international competitiveness, the thesis will put forward international strategy for China’s textile and clothing enterprises on the basis of resource-based view, analyzing the state of international textile and clothing market and identifying resources of textile and clothing enterprise. Taking the study on the international strategy for China’s textile exporting enterprises based on resource-based view in the era of post-quota as the subject, this thesis is composed of six parts: The thesis begins with chapter one by introducing the research background, research motivation, research method, research contents and research framework. Chapter two gives a bird’s-view of the current situation of international textile and clothing trade. It analyzes the chances and challenges for China’s textile and clothing enterprises in the era of post-quota. Chapter three reminds of resource-based view and illustrates the relationship between firm resources and sustainable competitive advantage. Firstly, this thesis analyzes firm resources influenced by the macroscopical policy in chapter four. And then it identifies and analyzes the resources in the China’s textile and clothing enterprises. Based on the above, it relocates the resources. Chapter five conceives the international strategy for China’s textile and clothing enterprises in the era of post-quota, it includes two strategies named exporting strategy and foreign direct investment. In the meanwhile, it puts forward countermeasures for enterprises internationalization. Finally, it goes deep into the international strategy by analyzing the example of ERDOS and CWGC. The thesis ends up with chapter six by giving the conclusion and prospect the further research on the international strategy of China’s textile and clothing industry. | |
