| 中文摘要: | 我国受改革开放政策和政府实施经济增长措施的有效促进的影响,经济的发展一直没有间断而且处于持续上升状态,居民的收入也一直在稳步提高,居民的可支配资产不断增加,居民的生活水平迈出了温饱水平逐步奔向小康,手中的余钱逐渐增多。因此居民需求个人理财产品与服务的要求越来越强烈,正是基于此大环境,国内各大银行先后推出财富管理业务(即个人理财业务),并且此类业务发展空间日益增大。 本文以中信建投证券公司作为研究对象,以财富管理业务转型作为研究内容,通过介绍中信建投证券公司财富管理业务(即个人理财业务)自身的特点以及存在的问题,分析转型发展面临的当前的内外部形式和挑战,阐述转型发展得必要性,明确转型发展的整体原则,主要方向和路径选择,最后提出了推进转型过程中面临的问题和具体的解决方法。通过分析得出结论,中信建投证券公司必须综合区域经济发展状况和本行的实际情况,在巩固现有业务的基础上,着重从机构设置、资源配置、营销渠道和策略、产品创新、政策研究等方面入手进行业务转型。 在构建理论框架的过程中,本研究融合了财富管理核心理论、竞争战略理论、客户细分理论和业务转型理论。中信建投证券公司被选为案例研究对象。面对市场竞争激烈、客户需求多元化、金融监管趋同化以及科技与金融的紧密结合等外部环境,中信建投证券公司在推进财富管理业务转型的过程中遭遇了一系列挑战,如市场份额不占优势、创新力度不足、专业人才资源匮乏以及账户管理方面的限制。正因如此中信建投如何能够在满足企业服务需求以及自身对盈利的要求,通过一系列转型措施,保持业务竞争优势,形成自己的核心竞争力。具体建议如下:首先,确立客户导向的经营策略;其次,加强金融科技的整合应用;再次,建立投资顾问团队的绩效评价与专业培训机制;此外,发展一个综合的财富管理生态系统;最后,提供一系列多样化的财富管理服务。通过实施这些策略,预期能够推动证券公司财富管理业务的顺利转型。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Affected by the effective promotion of the reform and opening-up policy and the government's implementation of economic growth measures, China's economic development has been uninterrupted and continuously rising. The income of residents has also been steadily increasing, and their disposable assets have been continuously increasing. The living standards of residents have gradually moved from basic necessities to a moderately prosperous society, and their surplus money is gradually increasing. Therefore, the demand for personal wealth management products and services from residents is becoming increasingly strong. Based on this environment, major banks in China have successively launched wealth management services (i.e. personal wealth management services), and the development space for such services is growing day by day. This article takes CITIC Securities as the research object and focuses on the transformation of wealth management business. By introducing the characteristics and existing problems of CITIC Securities' wealth management business (i.e. personal wealth management business), it analyzes the current internal and external forms and challenges faced by the transformation and development, elaborates on the necessity of transformation and development, clarifies the overall principles, main directions and path choices of transformation and development, and finally proposes the problems and specific solutions faced in promoting the transformation process. Through analysis, it is concluded that CITIC Securities must comprehensively consider the regional economic development status and the actual situation of the bank, and focus on business transformation from the aspects of institutional setting, resource allocation, marketing channels and strategies, product innovation, policy research, etc., while consolidating existing business. In the process of constructing the theoretical framework, this study integrates core theories of wealth management, competitive strategy theory, customer segmentation theory, and business transformation theory. China CITIC Securities has been selected as the case study object. Faced with fierce market competition, diversified customer demands, convergence of financial regulation, and close integration of technology and finance, CITIC Securities has encountered a series of challenges in promoting the transformation of its wealth management business, such as a lack of market share advantage, insufficient innovation efforts, shortage of professional talent resources, and limitations in account management. Therefore, how can CITIC Securities maintain its business competitive advantage and form its core competitiveness through a series of transformation measures to meet the service needs of enterprises and its own profit requirements. The specific suggestions are as follows: Firstly, establish a customer-oriented business strategy; Secondly, strengthen the integration and application of financial technology; Once again, establish a performance evaluation and professional training mechanism for the investment advisory team; In addition, developing a comprehensive wealth management ecosystem; Finally, provide a range of diversified wealth management services. By implementing these strategies, it is expected to promote the smooth transformation of the wealth management business of securities companies. | |
