| 中文摘要: | 在数字化经济的背景下,大宗商品电子商务平台以其便捷高效的特点逐渐成为农产品交易市场的新兴力量。“粮巴巴”作为该领域内的专业平台,承担着愈发重要的角色。因此,针对“粮巴巴”网络交易平台商业模式优化的研究,对于“粮巴巴”而言,不仅是其服务于农业、农村、农民领域并实现业务持续发展的关键,也是提升其市场竞争力的必经之路。 本文以“粮巴巴”平台作为案例,通过综合运用文献研究、案例分析、比较研究等方法,对“粮巴巴”平台的商业模式进行全面诊断和深度剖析。本研究首先回顾和总结了国内外关于大宗商品电商及其商业模式的研究现状,明晰大宗商品的概念、电商平台的运作机制以及商业模式的构成要素。然后详细介绍“粮巴巴”平台的发展历程、组织结构、财务状况等内部情况,同时分析了政策、经济、社会和技术等外部环境对其发展的影响。从价值定位、核心资源和关键业务以及盈利模式三个方面解构了“粮巴巴”的商业模式,并通过平台运营数据和市场表现来评估其商业模式的实际效果。 本文研究发现,尽管“粮巴巴”在提供大宗商品交易服务方面取得了一定成就,但仍存在诸多不足之处,如客户价值主张不够明确、数据资产未充分利用、产业链金融服务开展不足以及供应链管理未形成闭环等问题。针对上述问题,本研究提出了一系列优化建议。首先,通过优化顾客价值主张形象,提升用户体验和服务品质;其次,利用大数据分析和挖掘技术,开发数据资产的潜在价值,为平台上的交易行为提供更精准的指导;再次,开展产业链金融服务,与金融机构合作,为平台上的买卖双方提供更多样化、灵活的金融产品;最后,实现供应链系统的闭环管理,提高整个供应链的效率和透明度。本研究对“粮巴巴”平台的商业模式进行了系统梳理和深度分析,不仅为平台本身的发展提供了战略指导,也为同行业的其他电商平台提供了借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the context of digital economy, commodity e-commerce platforms have gradually become an emerging force in the agricultural product trading market due to their convenient and efficient characteristics. As a professional platform in this field, 'Liangbaba' plays an increasingly important role. Therefore, the research on optimizing the business model of the "Liangbaba" online trading platform is not only the key to serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers and achieving sustainable business development, but also the necessary path to enhance its market competitiveness. This article takes the "Liangbaba" platform as a case study to explore its business model in depth, Through the comprehensive use of literature research, case analysis, comparative research and other methods, a comprehensive diagnosis and in-depth analysis of the business model of the "Liangbaba" platform will be conducted. This study first reviews and summarizes the current research status of bulk commodity e-commerce and its business models at home and abroad, clarifying the concept of bulk commodities, the operating mechanism of e-commerce platforms, and the constituent elements of business models. Then, a detailed introduction was given to the development history, organizational structure, financial status, and other internal factors of the "Liangbaba" platform. At the same time, the impact of external environments such as policies, economy, society, and technology on its development was analyzed. We deconstructed the business model of "Liangbaba" from three aspects: value positioning, core resources and key businesses, and profit model, and evaluated its actual effectiveness through platform operation data and market performance. This study found that although "Liangbaba" has made certain achievements in providing bulk commodity trading services, there are still many shortcomings, such as unclear customer value propositions, underutilization of data assets, insufficient development of industrial chain financial services, and lack of closed-loop supply chain management. In response to the above issues, this study proposes a series of optimization suggestions. Firstly, by optimizing the customer value proposition image, we aim to enhance user experience and service quality; Secondly, utilizing big data analysis and mining techniques to develop the potential value of data assets and provide more accurate guidance for trading behavior on the platform; Once again, we will provide industrial chain financial services, collaborate with financial institutions, and offer more diverse and flexible financial products to buyers and sellers on the platform; Finally, achieve closed-loop management of the supply chain system to improve the efficiency and transparency of the entire supply chain. This study systematically reviewed and deeply analyzed the business model of the "Liangbaba" platform, which not only provides strategic guidance for the development of the platform itself, but also provides reference and guidance for other e-commerce platforms in the same industry. 5 figures, 0 tables, and 42 references. | |
