中文摘要:20世纪90年代后期,一个鼓励创业、保护创业的大环境在我国逐渐形成。然而,初创企业有较高的失败率,40%的初创企业会在成立的两年之内消失。初创企业对创业者是高度依赖的,其发展很大程度上受到创业者的影响。以往的研究中,学者们围绕创业者个人特征因素,试图发现创业者与非创业者的区别,从而揭示创业的本质,结果发现创业者群体与非创业者群体之间在个性特征上并无显著差异。社会关系网络理论,运用社会嵌入理论,将创业者放在现实的社会与经济网络环境中考察,已逐渐被企业研究者认同。创业者社会关系网络作为一种资源,在创业者的成长过程中起着举足轻重的作用,是创业者决策时需要考虑的一个重要因素。对初创企业而言,社会关系网络的运用是获取生存所需资源及创造竞争力的工具。 相关研究累计至今,已有学者对社会关系网络影响初创企业的创业和发展进行了初步探索,但是此领域的研究仍处于萌芽发展状态,大多研究仍停留在概念性的探讨阶段。本研究通过对以往有关社会关系网络理论的研究回顾和文献梳理,在分析了初创企业的特点及其成长所需资源要素的基础上,提出了基于初创企业成长所需资源要素的社会关系网络支撑作用模型。本研究希望通过模型的建立,探讨创业者社会关系网络对初创企业成长的支撑作用体系,以期达到整合有限的社会资源,帮助创业者营造和发展社会关系网络、提高初创企业成功率的现实意义,从而推动区域经济的发展。 
英文摘要:In China, a big environment of venturing was formed gradually under the encouragement policies and protection rules from the government since the late 1990s of twentieth century. However, the new-enterprises have the high rate of failure, 40% of the newly set up enterprises will be disappear within two years. The new-enterprises rely on the entrepreneurs greatly. In early research, many researchers attempted to find out the differences between the entrepreneurs and the non-entrepreneurs on the individual characteristic in order to explore the essence of the venturing. Tt shows that there is no significant differences between the two groups. By taking the social embed theory and putting those entrepreneurs in the practical social and economy network to study which have been accepted by the researchers. The social relationship network as a kind of resources playing an important role not only in the process of entrepreneurs’ growth, but in the decision making by the entrepreneurs. Using the social relationship network is a necessary implement for obtaining resources and creating competence to the new-enterprises. Some researchers have made the pilot study on the influence of the entrepreneur’s social network to the new-enterprises. Based on reviewing the foreign foreland literatures, and analyzing the characteristic of the new-enterprises, this study exploring a model on the social relationship network’s supporting to the new-enterprises. By establishing the model, this paper expect to unify the limited social resources, to assist the entrepreneurs developing the social relationship network, to improve the new-enterprises, consequently, to impulse the economical progress.
