中文摘要:在当前生物基因检测市场竞争日益激烈和原材料价格不断攀升的背景下,AN公司作为行业中的一员,面临着利润被大幅压缩的严峻挑战。为了应对这一挑战,实现公司盈利与可持续发展,AN公司需要优化其营销人员的薪酬体系,以激发营销团队的积极性,提升市场竞争力。 本研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、案例分析法以及深度访谈法等,对AN公司现有的营销人员薪酬体系进行了全面的诊断与分析。通过收集公司内部相关数据资料,结合对关键营销人员的深入访谈,本研究从薪酬构成、激励机制、绩效考核以及员工满意度等多个维度,对AN公司营销人员薪酬体系的现状及存在的问题进行了深入的剖析。 研究发现,AN公司现有的营销人员薪酬体系存在薪酬政策不清晰、薪酬构成不合理、激励机制单一、动态调整差等问题,这些问题严重制约了营销人员的工作积极性和公司的市场竞争力。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一系列薪酬体系优化的具体方案和实施措施,包括调整薪酬宽带和薪酬构成,统一福利标准,完善绩效考核体系,调整提成奖金方向,构建多元化的激励机制,以激发营销人员的积极性和创造力,使薪酬体系更加合理、公平且具有竞争力。 本研究所提出的薪酬体系优化方案,不仅为AN公司营销人员的薪酬体系改革提供了完整的思路,同时也为其他企业在面对类似挑战时提供了有益的借鉴和参考。通过优化薪酬体系,AN公司有望激发营销团队的潜力,提升市场竞争力,实现公司的长期盈利与可持续发展。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the current biological genetic testing market ANd rising raw material prices, AN CompANy, as a member of the industry, is facing the severe challenge of significANtly compressed profits. In order to address this challenge ANd achieve profitability ANd sustainable development, AN compANy urgently needs to optimize its marketing personnel compensation system to stimulate the enthusiasm of the marketing team ANd enhANce market competitiveness. This study used literature research, questionnaire survey, case ANalysis, ANd in-depth interviews to comprehensively diagnose ANd ANalyze the existing compensation system for marketing personnel in AN CompANy. By collecting relevANt internal data ANd conducting in-depth interviews with key marketing personnel, this study conducted a comprehensive ANalysis of the current situation ANd existing problems of AN CompANy's marketing personnel compensation system from multiple dimensions, including salary composition, incentive mechANism, performANce evaluation, ANd employee satisfaction. Research has found that the existing compensation system for marketing personnel in AN compANy has problems such as unclear salary policies, unreasonable salary composition, single incentive mechANisms, ANd poor dynamic adjustments, which seriously restrict the work enthusiasm of marketing personnel ANd the compANy's market competitiveness. In response to these issues, this study proposes a series of specific plANs ANd implementation measures for optimizing the salary system, including adjusting the salary bANdwidth ANd composition, unifying welfare stANdards, improving the performANce appraisal system, adjusting the direction of commission bonuses, ANd building a diversified incentive mechANism to stimulate the enthusiasm ANd creativity of marketing personnel, making the salary system more reasonable, fair, ANd competitive. The salary system optimization plAN proposed by this research institute not only provides a complete idea for the salary system reform of AN compANy's marketing personnel, but also provides useful reference ANd guidANce for other enterprises when facing similar challenges. By optimizing the compensation system, AN CompANy is expected to unleash the potential of its marketing team, enhANce market competitiveness, ANd achieve long-term profitability ANd sustainable development of the compANy.
