英文摘要:With the rapid advancement of the new energy intelligent network automobile industry, particularly under the leadership of Chinese automotive companies, the trends towards automotive intelligence, connectivity, and electrification have become increasingly pronounced. This evolution has significantly fostered the growth and expansion of numerous automotive electronic component manufacturers. However, as production capacities and technologies continue to expand, competition among new energy vehicle brands is intensifying. In an automotive sector characterized by highly integrated supply chains, the competitive dynamics among OEMs directly influence upstream suppliers. In this challenging market landscape, if manufacturers of automotive electronic components aspire to distinguish themselves amidst fierce competition, they must focus on reducing product costs, enhancing product quality, and shortening delivery timelines. To achieve these objectives effectively, a comprehensive and adaptable new product development process is essential. As a leading entity in the automotive electronic parts sector, H Company faces escalating market competition. In this context, its original R&D processes are inadequate for meeting current market demands; thus optimizing these processes has become imperative. This thesis centers on H Company's new product development process. Initially, it introduces theoretical foundations and methodologies pertinent to process optimization. Subsequently, it outlines H Company's general situation along with its existing product development status while identifying key issues and underlying causes through operational data analysis methods such as surveys and 5WHY analysis. Building upon concurrent engineering principles alongside ASME and ESIA frameworks among others, an optimization plan for H Company's new product development process was formulated. Specific measures include: (1) refining requirement confirmation and verification procedures; (2) implementing concurrent engineering practices to reduce development cycles; (3) minimizing non-value-added activities within processes; (4) adopting agile change management strategies to enhance execution efficiency; Finally, to ensure effective implementation of optimized processes—comprehensive safeguards encompassing personnel training systems organization structures—and informatization initiatives are proposed while validating the effectiveness of this optimization scheme through pilot projects conducted within H Company’s operations.This thesis intricately aligns with both industry conditions and practical challenges faced by H Company in optimizing its new product development framework which not only bolsters market competitiveness for its products but also offers valuable insights for other enterprises facing similar challenges within the same industry. 24 pictures, 14 forms, 34 references.
