中文摘要：	自改革开放以来，我国的经济得到了飞速的发展，科技水平也不断进步，并且随着城镇化进程的不断深入，建筑业的发展日渐繁荣，建筑设计业也随之兴起并蓬勃发展。在行业规模不断扩大的同时，企业间的市场竞争也日益剧烈，加之前几年疫情等经济环境因素的影响，我国建筑设计业的收入增速有所放缓，在这种背景下，降本增效就成为建筑设计行业发展的重要战略趋势，进行有效的成本控制也成为建筑设计企业财务管理的重要部分。 建筑设计企业的业务涵盖范围也不断扩大，除了勘察设计、建筑设计、市政设计、施工图设计和工程咨询等业务内容之外，近年来，在我国推动产业升级，深化结构转型等相关政策的引领下，建筑设计业的业务结构也在不断开拓更新，PPP、EPC等项目模式开始出现，企业业务也向着规模化、全程化、整体化的方向转变，EPC工程总承包模式的业务已经成为建筑设计企业的主要业务之一，在企业的业务构成中占重要部分。建筑设计企业由于其经营模式和业务类别的特殊性，对其成本控制体系的优化也不同于一般的制造类企业与服务类企业。 本文以TC建筑设计院为例，针对TC建筑设计院的成本控制进行优化研究。全文共分为六个章节，首先阐述研究背景和意义，对国内外关于成本控制的研究现状进行总结梳理，并对相关的成本概念和本文研究的成本范畴进行界定；接着对相关的理论进行回顾；然后对TC建筑设计院的成本控制现状进行分析，分析其成本控制现状存在的问题及问题产生的原因；然后从项目成本控制的优化和人力成本控制的优化两个方面来设计TC建筑设计院成本控制的优化方案；最后为TC建筑设计院成本控制优化方案的实施提出相应的保障措施，并对全文进行总结，对建筑设计企业未来的成本控制研究提出展望。
英文摘要：	Since reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved rapid development, and the level of science and technology has also been making continuous progress, and with the deepening of the urbanization process, the development of construction industry is increasingly prosperous, and architectural design industry has also risen and flourished.While the scale of the industry continues to expand, the market competition between enterprises is also increasingly intense, coupled with the impact of economic environmental factors such as the epidemic in the past few years, China's architectural design industry income growth has slowed down.In this context, reducing cost and increasing efficiency has become an important strategic trend for the development of the architectural design industry, and effective cost control has become an important part of the financial management of architectural design enterprises. The business scope of architectural design enterprises is also expanding, in addition to survey and design, architectural design, municipal design, construction drawing design and engineering consulting and other business content, in recent years, under the guidance of China's promotion of industrial upgrading, deepening structural transformation and other related policies, the business structure of the architectural design industry is also constantly developing and updating, PPP, EPC and other project models began to appear.The business of the enterprise is also changing to the direction of scale, full process and integration, and the business of EPC project general contracting mode has become one of the main businesses of architectural design enterprises, accounting for an important part of the business composition of the enterprise.Because of the particularity of operation mode and business type, the optimization of cost control system of architectural design enterprises is different from that of general manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises. This paper takes TC Architectural design Institute as an example to optimize the cost control of TC architectural design Institute.The full text is divided into six chapters.Firstly, the research background and significance are expounded, the research status of cost control at home and abroad is summarized and sorted out, and the related cost concepts and the cost category of this paper are defined.Then the relevant theories are reviewed.Then, the cost control status of TC architectural design Institute is analyzed, and the existing problems and causes of the problems are analyzed.Then, from the optimization of project cost control and human cost control, the optimization scheme of TC architectural design Institute's cost control is designed.Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the cost control optimization plan of TC architectural design Institute, and summarizes the full text, and puts forward the prospect of the future cost control research of architectural design enterprises.
