中文摘要:近年来,全球经济增速呈现放缓态势,国内经济正面临需求紧缩、供给波动及预期弱化的多重挑战,这进一步加剧了商业银行运营外部环境的复杂性、不确定性和不稳定性。在此背景下,BH银行遭遇了信贷投放不足、清收效率低下以及信贷结构失衡等问题,这些问题显著阻碍了BH银行有效支持当地实体经济发展的能力和成效。面对银行业日益激烈的竞争态势,BH银行需要通过战略调整来强化其市场竞争力,这已成为一个亟待解决的关键议题。 由于BH银行规模有限,其综合业务内各大类业务是由一个价值链完成,综合业务即为银行业务。因此本文聚焦于BH银行这一独立经营实体,其作为面向市场、拥有独立经营权、价值链与资源结构完备的经营单位,研究其竞争战略。本文基于环境分析理论、波特竞争理论,结合银行业发展实况和发展趋势,多维度分析BH银行综合业务竞争战略。首先,构建PEST框架,综合考察BH银行现阶段的宏观环境。同时,通过产业细分、战略群组分析,波特五力模型,深化剖析BH银行所处的行业竞争环境。并结合BH银行的资源优势、核心活动、业务布局,细致分析BH银行内部环境,精准定位BH银行面临的棘手问题;其次,预测了BH银行的发展方向和涉足领域,探析符合发展趋势、满足发展需求的竞争战略,详细阐述了该战略的价值链特征、优势地位以及稀缺价值。最后,基于差异化竞争视角细化BH银行的价值链,构建了覆盖全面的分析框架,深入讨论价值链的不可复制性和系统措施的协同性,针对BH银行如何克服发展障碍、占据竞争优势,提出了合理化、可行化的对策建议。 本文旨在为BH银行综合业务制定和实施竞争战略提供实践指导,助力其克服发展障碍,并通过实施广泛差异化竞争战略在同业中确立长期竞争优势。同时,本文的研究成果也为其他面临发展困境的商业银行提供了有益的参考和启示。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the global economic growth has slowed down, and the domestic economy is facing multiple challenges such as demand tightening, supply fluctuations and weakening expectations, which has further exacerbated the complexity, uncertainty and instability of the external environment for commercial banks. In this context, BH Bank has encountered problems such as insufficient credit supply, inefficient collection and imbalance in credit structure, which have significantly hindered BH Bank's ability and effectiveness to effectively support the development of the local real economy. In the face of increasing competition in the banking industry, BH Bank needs to strengthen its market competitiveness through strategic adjustment, which has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently. Due to the limited scale of BH Bank, the major types of business in its comprehensive business are completed by a value chain, comprehensive business refers to banking business.So this thesis focuses on BH Bank, an independent operating entity, as a market-oriented, independent business unit with a complete value chain and resource structure, and studies its competitive strategy. Based on the environmental analysis theory, Porter's competition theory, combined with the development reality and development trend of the banking industry, this thesis analyzes the competitive strategy of BH bank in multiple dimensions. First, establish PEST framework to comprehensively investigate the macro environment of BH Bank at this stage. At the same time, through industry segmentation, strategic group analysis, Porter's five forces model, to deepen the analysis of BH Bank in the industry competition environment. Combined with BH Bank's resource advantages, core activities and business layout, the internal environment of BH Bank was analyzed in detail, and the difficult problems faced by BH Bank were accurately positioned. Secondly, the thesis predicts the development direction and fields of BH Bank, analyzes the competitive strategy that conforms to the development trend and meets the development needs, and elaborates the value chain characteristics, dominant position and scarcity value of the strategy. Finally, based on the perspective of differentiated competition, the value chain of BH Bank is refined, a comprehensive analysis framework is constructed, the non-replicability of the value chain and the synergy of system measures are discussed in depth, and reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for how BH Bank can overcome development obstacles and occupy competitive advantages. The purpose of this thesis is to provide practical guidance for comprehensive business of BH Bank to develop and implement a competitive strategy, help it overcome development obstacles, and establish a long-term competitive advantage in the industry through the implementation of a broadly differentiated competitive strategy. At the same time, the research results of this thesis also provide useful reference and enlightenment for other commercial banks facing development difficulties.
