英文摘要：	With the rapid development of technology, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has penetrated into various fields of social life. As an important component of urban intelligent construction, the development and application of smart communities are increasingly receiving widespread attention. This article takes the smart community managed by RC Property Company as the research object, and deeply explores the application status, specific practices, achievements, and challenges faced by artificial intelligence technology in smart communities. Firstly, this article outlines the concept and development background of smart communities, emphasizing the important role of artificial intelligence in promoting the construction of smart communities. Subsequently, through field research and case analysis, RC Property Company elaborated in detail on how to use artificial intelligence technology to improve community management efficiency and optimize residents' living experience. Specifically, the company has introduced intelligent security systems, smart home control platforms, intelligent parking management systems, and big data based community service platforms in smart communities. These applications not only achieve comprehensive monitoring and management of community safety, environment, facilities, etc., but also provide convenient, efficient, and personalized life services for residents. In terms of application effectiveness, this article points out that the application of artificial intelligence technology has significantly improved the management efficiency and service quality of RC Property Company, reduced operating costs, and enhanced the satisfaction and happiness of community residents. At the same time, these applications also promote information sharing and communication within the community, laying a solid foundation for building a harmonious and intelligent community environment. However, this article also points out the challenges faced by artificial intelligence in the application of smart communities. On the one hand, issues such as technological maturity, data security, and privacy protection urgently need to be addressed; On the other hand, community residents' acceptance and usage habits of artificial intelligence technology also need further guidance and cultivation. This article believes that the application of artificial intelligence technology in smart communities has broad prospects and important practical significance.
