| 中文摘要: | 当前,少儿素养教育培训作为中小学生校园培训中的重要构成部分,是社会各界重点关注的内容。 近五年来,我国少儿素养培训市场规模增速明显,特别是 K12 学科类培训取消之后,少儿素养培训犹如百花齐放般迎来了快速的增速。但我国少儿素养行业起步晚,整体发展程度比较低,各种商业机构和传媒机构开始向少儿素养培训行业倾注投入。H广播作为省内排名前列的广播媒体,以用户生成节目为导向,围绕用户做服务,用户价值观战略发展理念。 少儿素养培训是这个阶段H广播多元化发展战略关注的重点。H广播将综合自己的平台播出优势、教师资源优势和品牌影响力,在少儿素养培训项目的商业模式、关键要素以及实施保障方面,做好少儿素养项目可持续发展的保障。 本文以 H广播少儿素养培训项目为研究对象,研究该培训项目的内外部环境,竞争状况从而设计其商业模式,并提出一些实施保障。首先,本文运用了分析法中的案例分析法,采用商业模式理论,从商业模式的构成要素理论中选出适合构建少儿素养项目商业模式的理论模型,从构成要素中分析,从而构建起初步的H广播少儿素养项目商业模式的构成要素体系。第二,采用 PEST 模型分析当前少儿素养培训项目的行业宏观环境,从而分析出少儿素养项目当前政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面的情况。第三,用波特五力模型分析当前少儿素养教育行业的竞争情况,从四个角度来分析出项目的发展潜力,从而为商业模式设计提供参考。第四,采用核心能力和资源基础观来分析H 广播少儿素养培训项目的内在环境,从而为设计商业模式时发挥自身优势,在商业模式实施过程之中着重改善问题。第五,结合少儿素养培训项目的内外部环境和同行业的商业模式,设计出H广播少儿素养培训项目商业模式。第六,为确保该商业模式可以顺利实施,从标准化教学、运营管理和数字化技术应用三个角度提出了实施保障条件。 H 广播少儿素养培训项目是H 广播电视台重点关注的广播经营多元化发展向用户提供服务的项目。这个项目的设计和实施路径对国内其他电视台的多元化发展和向用户提供收费服务具有一定的现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, children's literacy education and training, as an important part of campus training for primary and middle school students, is the focus of attention from all sectors of society. In the past five years, the market scale of children's literacy training in China has shown a significant growth rate. Especially after the cancellation of K12 subject-based training, children's literacy training has ushered in a rapid growth rate like a hundred flowers blooming. However, China's children's literacy industry started late and the overall development level is relatively low. Various commercial institutions and media organizations have begun to invest in the children's literacy training industry. As a leading radio media in the province, H Radio adheres to the development concept of "where there is a road, there is love", takes user-generated programs as the guidance, and focuses on serving users around users as the strategic development concept. Children's literacy training is the focus of H Radio's diversified development strategy at this stage. H Radio will comprehensively utilize its own platform broadcasting advantages, teacher resources advantages and brand influence to ensure the sustainable development of the children's literacy training project in terms of business model, key elements and implementation guarantees. This paper takes the H Radio children's literacy training project as the research object, studies the internal and external environment and competition status of this training project to design its business model and put forward some implementation guarantees. Firstly, this paper uses the case analysis method. Based on the theory of business model elements, select the constituent elements and what kind of model suitable for constructing the business model of the children's literacy project, so as to construct the initial constituent element system of the H Radio children's literacy project business model. Secondly, use the PEST model to analyze the current industry macro environment of the children's literacy training project, so as to analyze the current political, economic, social and technological situations of the children's literacy project. Thirdly, use Porter's five forces model to analyze the current competition situation in the children's literacy education industry, and analyze the development potential of the project from four angles, so as to provide a reference for business model design. Fourthly, use the core competence and resource-based view to analyze the internal environment of the H Radio children's literacy training project, so as to give play to its own advantages when designing the business model and focus on improving problems in the implementation process of the business model. Fifthly, combined with the internal and external environment of the children's literacy training project and the business model of the same industry, design the business model of the H Radio children's literacy training project. Sixthly, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of this business model, implementation guarantee conditions are proposed from three angles: standardized teaching, operation management and application of digital technology. The H Radio children's literacy training project is a project that H Radio and Television Station focuses on in the diversified development of radio operations and provides services to users. The design and implementation path of this project has certain practical significance for the diversified development of other domestic television stations and the provision of paid services to users. | |
