| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着中国经济从高速增长向高质量发展的转型,地方资产管理公司(地方AMC)在化解金融风险和促进经济发展中扮演了越来越重要的角色。本文以HG地方资产管理公司为案例,研究其在当前复杂多变的经济环境中的竞争战略。 在宏观背景方面,中国经济结构性矛盾日益突出,金融风险加剧。由于中美贸易摩擦、新冠疫情以及国内产业结构调整等因素,使得银行业不良贷款余额和不良贷款率逐步上升,金融机构面临的信用风险不断加大。在此背景下,处理和化解金融不良资产显得尤为重要。尽管近年来地方资产管理公司(地方AMC)在不良资产的收购、管理和处置方面积累了宝贵而丰富的经验,并逐步建立起了以市场化和专业化为核心的运营机制,但它们在发展中仍面临一系列挑战。这些挑战包括有限的资本实力、单一的融资途径、人才短缺以及激烈的市场竞争等问题。这些因素限制了地方AMC的进一步发展,因此迫切需要制定科学且合理的竞争策略来应对这些挑战。 本文通过应用PEST分析、SWOT分析和价值链分析等战略分析工具,对HG公司的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了全面的研究。通过对HG公司的现状、内外部环境以及主要问题的深入剖析,提出了实施集中化的竞争策略。该策略包括专注于不良资产的核心业务、拓展多元化的金融服务以及增强技术创新。实施该策略的具体方法包括优化业务流程、整合资源以及提高不良资产处置的效率。为了确保战略的顺利执行,本文还提出了一系列支持保障措施,包括人力资源、财务和组织方面的保障。这些措施旨在确保战略实施的有效性和可行性,以帮助HG公司在不断变化的市场环境中保持竞争力。 从理论角度来看,本研究丰富了资产管理公司的理论框架,并为学术界提供了新的研究视角和理论支持。从实践角度来看,本研究为HG公司的发展提供了战略指导,帮助其在复杂的经济环境中实现高质量的增长。通过对HG公司的案例研究提炼出了可推广的经验和策略,为其他地方AMC提供了参考,并推动了整个行业的健康发展。总体而言,地方资产管理公司在化解地方的金融风险、促进地方的经济发展和优化资源配置等方面发挥着及其关键的作用。通过对HG公司竞争战略的研究,本文提出了一系列具有针对性的战略落地和保障措施,为HG公司的发展提供了理论依据和实践指导,具有重要的现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, as China's economy transforms from high-speed growth to high-quality development, local asset management companies (local AMCs) have played an increasingly important role in resolving financial risks and promoting economic development. This paper takes HG local asset management company as a case study to examine its competitive strategy in the current complex and changing economic environment. In terms of the macro background, structural contradictions in China's economy have become increasingly prominent and financial risks have intensified. As a result of the trade friction between China and the United States, the new crown epidemic and the domestic industrial restructuring, the non-performing loan balance and non-performing loan ratio of the banking sector have gradually increased, and financial institutions are facing increasing credit risks. Against this background, it is particularly important to deal with and resolve financial non-performing assets.Although local asset management companies (local AMCs) have accumulated valuable and rich experience in the acquisition, management and disposal of non-performing assets in recent years, and have gradually established an operational mechanism centred on marketisation and specialisation, they still face a series of challenges in their development. These challenges include issues such as limited capital strength, a single financing channel, talent shortage and fierce market competition. These factors limit the further development of local AMCs, so there is an urgent need to formulate scientific and reasonable competitive strategies to cope with these challenges. This paper conducts a comprehensive study of HG's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by applying strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and value chain analysis. Through an in-depth analysis of HG's current situation, internal and external environments, and key issues, a competitive strategy for implementing concentration is proposed. The strategy includes focusing on the core business of distressed assets, expanding diversified financial services, and enhancing technological innovation. Specific ways to implement the strategy include optimising business processes, integrating resources and improving the efficiency of NPA disposal. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, this paper also proposes a series of supportive safeguards, including human resources, financial and organisational safeguards. These measures aim to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of strategy implementation to help HG maintain its competitiveness in the changing market environment. From a theoretical perspective, this study enriches the theoretical framework of asset management companies and provides new research perspectives and theoretical support for academics. From a practical perspective, this study provides strategic guidance for the development of HG and helps HG achieve high-quality growth in a complex economic environment. The case study of HG has distilled replicable experiences and strategies that provide references for other local AMCs and promote the healthy development of the whole industry.Overall, local AMCs play a crucial role in resolving local financial risks, promoting local economic development and optimising resource allocation. Through the study of HG's competitive strategy, this paper puts forward a series of targeted strategic landing and safeguard measures, which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of HG and is of great practical significance. | |
