| 中文摘要: | 随着中国葡萄酒行业的快速发展,中国葡萄酒产品在国际赛事上屡获殊荣。但是,近几年来中国葡萄酒行业发展始终不尽如人意。根据中国酒业协会发布的2018年至2023年国产葡萄酒的产销量数据,发现其销售总额已降至2018年的51.68%,其利润总额更是降至2018年的17.62%。加之受到国内经济增速放缓的影响,同时其他酒类也在一定程度上挤占了葡萄酒的市场份额,这一系列因素导致了国内葡萄酒行业的产销量持续下滑。 本文以一家国营葡萄酒上市公司为研究对象。该A酒业公司始建于1980年,是亚洲地区规模最大的全汁高档葡萄酒生产企业之一。A酒业公司早在上个世纪九十年代,先通过垂直多元化战略,开辟了六大产区,后通过水平多元化战略,开辟了红葡萄酒、白葡萄酒、起泡葡萄酒、冰酒和白兰地五大系列,涵盖了100多个品种。然而,2012年至2019年公司受财务造假举报、业绩下滑、市场变化等多重因素影响,经营步入低谷,经历了连续停牌6年、连续亏损9年的惨痛经历。2019年开始复牌,A酒业公司通过出售资产、调整产品、优化人员等手段持续加强多元化战略,在挑战和机遇中寻求复苏和增长。与此同时,A酒业公司开启同心多元化战略,通过生产外包方式尝试进入白酒市场,获得了股东们和经销商们的大力支持,白酒产品营业收入增速较快。然而,多元化战略并没有达到公司整体战略目标,公司财务指标和盈利能力没有明显提升,多元化战略如何优化,值得深入研究。 本文以企业战略、多元化战略发展为研究出发点,首先从企业历史沿革的角度介绍了A酒业公司的概况,紧接着采取PEST分析模型、波特五力模型对其宏观环境和行业竞争环境进行研究,分析了企业发展经营中所面临的机遇与挑战。再次,结合SWOT、EFE、IFE、QSPM、BCG矩阵等工具研究,对A酒业公司业务进行梳理,提出A酒业公司多元化战略优化目标、实施路径等建议。最后,通过具体的实施建议和措施保证,确保A酒业公司在实施多元化战略优化方案,达到提高资本回报、推动A酒业公司高质量发展的战略目标。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China's wine industry, Chinese wine products have repeatedly won awards at international competitions. However, the development of China's wine industry in recent years has been less than satisfactory. According to the production and sales data of domestically produced wine released by the China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association from 2018 to 2023, it was found that the total sales volume has dropped to 51.68% of that in 2018, and the total profit has even fallen to 17.62% of that in 2018. Coupled with the impact of the domestic economic slowdown and the market share of wine being squeezed by other types of alcohol to some extent, these factors have led to a continuous decline in the production and sales of the domestic wine industry. This thesis takes a state-owned wine listed company as the research object. Established in 1980, Company A is one of the largest producers of high-end full-juice wine in Asia. In the 1990s, Company A first adopted a vertical diversification strategy to develop six major wine regions and later implemented a horizontal diversification strategy to create five series of red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, ice wine, and brandy, covering more than 100 varieties. However, from 2012 to 2019, the company experienced a downturn due to multiple factors such as accusations of financial fraud, declining performance, and market changes, resulting in a painful experience of consecutive six-year suspension of trading and nine consecutive years of losses. Since its resumption of trading in 2019, Company A has continuously strengthened its diversification strategy through asset sales, product adjustments, and personnel optimization, seeking recovery and growth in the face of challenges and opportunities. At the same time, Company A initiated a concentric diversification strategy, attempting to enter the Baijiu market through production outsourcing, which received strong support from shareholders and distributors, and the revenue of Baijiu products grew rapidly. However, the diversification strategy has not achieved the company's overall strategic objectives, and the company's financial indicators and profitability have not improved significantly. Therefore, how to optimize the diversification strategy deserves in-depth research. Starting from the research on corporate strategy and diversification strategy development, this thesis first introduces the overview of Company A from the perspective of its historical evolution. It then uses the PEST analysis model and Porter's Five Forces model to study its macro environment and industry competitive environment, analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the company in its development and operation. Furthermore, combining tools such as SWOT, EFE, IFE, QSPM, and BCG matrix, this thesis sorts out the business of Company A and proposes suggestions for optimizing its diversification strategy and implementation paths. Finally, specific implementation suggestions and measures are provided to ensure that Company A achieves its strategic objectives of improving capital returns and promoting high-quality development through the implementation of optimized diversification strategies. | |
