中文摘要：	在全球积极迈向碳中和的大背景下，光伏产业作为可再生能源领域的典型代表，正有力推动能源体系朝着低碳、清洁且高效的方向实现转型，已然成为达成碳中和目标的核心力量之一。然而，伴随新能源市场的迅猛增长以及技术的飞速更迭，光伏行业已步入高度竞争阶段，众多光伏公司面临着供需失衡与技术快速变革的双重严峻挑战。 本研究运用文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，以协鑫集成科技股份有限公司为研究对象，依据其2018至2023年的财务数据构建财务战略矩阵模型，借此对公司现行的财务战略展开评估。 研究结果表明，协鑫集成投资战略存在诸多问题，例如与财务战略矩阵象限选择不符、与公司总体战略脱节以及投入资本回报率偏低等；其融资战略同样未能有效满足公司资金需求，出现偏离财务战略矩阵象限选择、资金期限配置失衡以及与公司增长速度不匹配等问题。 进一步分析可知，投资战略出现问题主要是由于公司投资战略缺乏全面长远规划，具体体现为对市场趋势把握失准、投资策略过于激进以及对研发重视不足。融资战略出现问题主要是由于公司的融资渠道单一且融资结构不合理。 对此，本研究针对性地提出了优化方案：在投资层面，建议公司规范投资决策流程，灵活调整各业务板块的投资策略，加大对研发投资力度；在融资方面，则提议公司优化融资结构并积极引入新兴融资方式，以助力协鑫集成及同行业的光伏公司更好地应对当前挑战，实现可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Under the grand backdrop of the global active progress towards carbon neutrality, the photovoltaic industry, as a typical representative in the field of renewable energy, is effectively promoting the transformation of the energy system towards low-carbon, clean, and efficient directions, and has already become one of the core forces in achieving the carbon neutrality goal. However, with the rapid growth of the new energy market and the rapid iteration of technology, the photovoltaic industry has entered a highly competitive stage, and numerous photovoltaic enterprises are facing the dual severe challenges of supply-demand imbalance and rapid technological changes. This research adopts the method of combining literature analysis and case study, taking GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object. Based on its financial data from 2018 to 2023, a financial strategy matrix model is constructed to evaluate the company's current financial strategy. The research results show that the investment strategy of GCL System Integration has many drawbacks, such as being inconsistent with the quadrant selection of the financial strategy matrix, being disjointed from the company's overall strategy, and having a low return on invested capital. Its financing strategy also fails to effectively meet the company's capital requirements, with problems such as deviation from the quadrant selection of the financial strategy matrix, imbalance in the configuration of capital maturity, and mismatch with the company's growth rate. Further analysis reveals that these problems are mainly attributed to the lack of comprehensive and long-term planning in the company's investment strategy, which is specifically manifested as inaccurate grasping of market trends, overly aggressive investment strategies, and insufficient attention to research and development innovation. Meanwhile, the financing channels are single and the financing structure is unreasonable. In response to this, this research puts forward targeted optimization schemes. At the investment level, it is recommended that the company standardize the investment decision-making process, flexibly adjust the investment strategies of various business sectors, and increase investment in the research and development and innovation fields. At the financing level, it is proposed that the company optimize the financing structure and actively introduce emerging financing methods, hoping to help GCL System Integration and similar photovoltaic enterprises better cope with the current challenges and achieve sustainable development.
