中文摘要: 当前,随着市场经济逆全球化的走向日趋明显,全球各大经济体经济增速放缓或进入下行渠道。受此影响,各企业,尤其是依赖于全球贸易的企业,在生产、成本、交付等方面受到了越来越严重的挑战。从全球高端医疗设备行业来看,虽然市场规模处于增长趋势,但与此同时,我们也应该看到随着本土同类型企业的崛起,企业面临的竞争压力愈来愈大。 G企业作为全球高端医疗装备制造企业,有着数百年的历史,主要生产医用影像装备。近年来,随着国际、国内行业形式的剧变,企业发展也遇到了重重阻力。企业在外部订单增长有限的同时,为保障利润率,需要不断降低成本、提高质量、保障交付,提升客户满意度,最终提升企业竞争力。因此,本次研究从医疗装备行业国内外市场研究为出发点,通过SWOT方法对G企业的优势、劣势、计划和风险进行全面分析,并利用鱼骨图等精益工具,找出企业运营过程中存在的问题,进而进行归纳、总结、提炼出企业发展过程中遇到问题的根本原因。之后,明确了在数字化赋能战略下,制定了通过流程完善、数字化水平提升、数据治理手段提升G企业运营绩效的方案,然后通过方案详细设计与实施,总结出一套保障实施效果的方法论和流程。最后通过制度、组织保障、人才保障、技术保障,保证了实施效果和可持续性。同时,通过总结实施过程中的先进性和不足之处,为后续持续优化摸索出了一套切实可行的方法体系。 本文的研究成果,对G企业降本增效、提升核心竞争力,进而赢得市场起到了关键的现实作用。其研究成果在企业运营绩效指标中也得以体现。同时,本研究成果还为同类型企业在解决同样问题方面提供了良好的借鉴作用,为其他企业增加企业影响力提供了重要的参考价值。  
英文摘要: At present, as the trend of market economy de-globalization is becoming more and more obvious. The economic growth of major economies around the world is slowing down or entering a downward channel. Affected by this, various companies, especially those that rely on global trade, are facing increasingly serious challenges in terms of production, cost, and delivery. From the perspective of the global high-end medical equipment industry, although the market size is on a growth trend, at the same time, we should also see that with the rise of local companies of the same type, companies are facing increasing competitive pressure. As a global high-end medical equipment manufacturing company, G Company has a history of hundreds of years and mainly produces medical imaging equipment. In recent years, with the drastic changes in international and domestic industry forms, enterprise development has also encountered numerous obstacles. While the growth of external orders is limited, to ensure profit margins, companies need to continuously reduce costs, improve quality, ensure delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately enhance corporate competitiveness. Therefore, this thesis starts from the domestic and foreign market research of the medical equipment industry, uses the SWOT method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the G company, and uses lean tools such as fishbone diagrams to find out the existing problems in the company's operations. and then summarize and refine the root causes of problems encountered in the development process of the enterprise. After that, under the digital empowerment strategy, a plan was formulated to enhance G Company's operational performance through process improvement, digitalization enhancement, and data governance methods. Following detailed design and implementation of the plan, a methodology and process were summarized to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation. Finally, through optimizing of system, organizational, talent, and technical, the implementation effect and sustainability are guaranteed. At the same time, by summarizing the advancements and deficiencies in the implementation process, a practical method system was developed for subsequent continuous optimization. The research results of this thesis play a key practical role in helping G companies reduce costs, increase efficiency, enhance core competitiveness, and win the market. Its research results are also reflected in corporate operating performance indicators. At the same time, the results of this thesis also provide a good reference for similar companies in solving the same problems and provide important reference value for other companies to increase their corporate influence.
