英文摘要：	Affected by the two-invoice policy, the payment collection cycle of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises is extended, and enterprises are prone to face the pressure risk of shortage of working capital. In addition, the volume procurement policy for the purpose of price reduction will make the bidding price of drugs drop significantly, which will directly lead to a decline in the operating profit of the enterprise, and the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises will face the pressure of declining income, which will affect the profit margin of the pharmaceutical distribution business. In this context, the level of operation and management, technological innovation ability, and cost control level of pharmaceutical enterprises has been tested, and Corporate financial hazards have escalated in tandem, and the current method of acquisition of funds is encountering substantial challenges. On the 3rd of June in the year 2024, the Central Government's General Secretariat released an announcement outlining the "Principal Objectives for the Further Transformation of the National Healthcare Framework in 2024", this year is a key year to achieve the goals and tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan", and the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, which focus on the coordinated development and governance of medical insurance, medical treatment and medicine, and promote the high-quality development of health care. The promulgation of the document symbolizes that the pharmaceutical industry will enter a new stage of development, with both opportunities and challenges. Based on this background, this paper analyzes and expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of supply chain by summarizing relevant research literature at home and abroad, using literature research method, case study method, comparative analysis method and other methods, mainly analyzes the basic situation and financial status of China Resources Tianjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the application and research of supply chain financial financing model, and analyzes the company's achievements and problems on this basis, so as to provide feasible suggestions for the company to further optimize the financial financing model and future development. To a certain extent, it will promote the supply chain finance financing model of the pharmaceutical industry to move forward and enter a new level.
