中文摘要: 伴随着我国建筑行业蓬勃发展,建筑企业之间竞争愈演愈烈。在这样的背景下,越来越多的中国企业选择走出去寻求新的发展机遇、参与国际竞争。在中国提出共建“一带一路”的倡议下,越来越多的中资企业参与海外工程项目承包与建设。以中央企业为代表的中资企业,经过多年深耕海外市场,取得了显著的成绩,同时也不可避免的暴露了一些问题,由于文化、法律、环境等方面的差异,海外项目的质量管理方面面临诸多挑战。质量是企业的生命,海外项目的质量管理作为项目管理的重要环节,直接关系到项目的成败和企业的声誉。近年来,因施工质量问题而导致的建筑安全事故频繁发生,在社会上引发了广泛而持续的关注。 J公司作为一家民营制造型企业,主要从事相关建筑、五金等产品的生产制造和技术研发,近年来,不断拓展国际市场,并参与了卡塔尔A项目立面幕墙的设计、供货和施工工作。基于J公司参与的卡塔尔A项目在质量管理方面存在的问题进行了回顾与分析,目的是为J公司未来参与国际工程项目的管理提供参考依据。本文首先对J公司国际工程项目概况进行了简单介绍,进而从“人员、机械、材料、方法、环境”五个影响质量的因素出发,对J公司国际工程项目质量管理进行分析,揭示了J公司国际工程项目质量管理中存在的问题,并对成因进行了分析和总结。随后,通过运用全面质量管理理论和PDCA循环理论,提出适合J公司国际项目质量管理的改进策略。最后,为保证质量管理改进策略的顺利实施,提出相应的实施方案和保障措施。 本文选取了J公司国际典型项目暨卡塔尔A项目作为核心研究对象,这一选题具有重要的研究价值。通过对J公司国际工程项目质量管理影响因素的全面分析,揭示了J公司国际工程项目在质量管理方面存在的问题以及造成这些问题的原因,并提出了一系列改进策略,对于J公司未来的国际工程项目质量管理水平的提高具有重要的现实意义。  
英文摘要: With the vigorous development of China’s construction industry, the competition among construction enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Under this background, more and more Chinese companies chose to go abroad to seek for new development opportunities and participate in the global competition. Under the “one belt, one road” Initiative proposed by China, more and more Chinese companies are taking part in international project contracting and construction. Chinese government-owned companies, as the representatives of Chinese companies, have made remarkable achievements after years of deep cultivation in overseas markets, while some problems have also been exposed inevitably. Due to difference in culture, law, circumstances and other aspects, the quality management for international projects faces many challenges. Quality is related to the life of an enterprise. As a most important part of project management, quality management is directly related to the success of the project and reputation of the company. In recent years, construction safety accidents caused by construction quality issues have occurred frequently, which has aroused widespread and constant attention in the society. J Company, as a private company, mainly focus on researching, designing and manufacturing metal products related to architecture. In recent years, it has continuously expanded the international market, and participated in the design, procurement and installation works of fa?ade in Qatar A Project. This paper reviews and analyzes the problems existing in international projects quality management of J Company’s Qatar A Project, which is to provide references for J Company’s future international project management. Firstly, this paper summarizes general situation of J Company’s quality management in international projects and makes an overall evaluation and analysis from the 5 factors (4M1E), then reveals main problems of J Company’s quality management in international projects and main causes. Secondly, this paper, through applying project management theory, TQM theory and PDCA cycle theory, analyzes the main problems lie in the quality management of J Company’s international projects and proposes reasonable advices and optimization strategies. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategies, correspondence assurance measures have also been proposed in this paper. This paper takes one of the typical cases of J Company’s international project, i.e. Project A in Qatar, as the key research objective, which has great research value. This paper has a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on quality management of J Company’s international projects, indicating the main problems of quality management and reasons for the quality issues of J Company’s international projects. Meanwhile, it has proposed a series of improving strategies, which has important and practical significance on improving quality management level for J Company’s future international projects.
