| 中文摘要: | 随着我国经济技术高速发展,企业安全问题越发受到社会各界的重视,消防安全管理作为企业安全生产的首要环节,亟待优化和改善。尤其在当前各种新兴产业不断涌现状态下,企业所需应对的风险因素更是层出不穷,因此对消防安全管理的要求到达了更高的层次。HC新能源电动车公司作为本土新能源电动车领域知名企业,缺乏对本企业消防安全工程的科学管理措施,导致各类安全事故频发。因此,本文以HC新能源电动车公司为研究对象,分析该公司管理现状和问题,建立科学有效的消防安全管理评价模型,提出改进策略和保障措施,对同类企业的消防安全管理工作具有理论和实践意义。 本文主要研究内容一是利用案例分析法、实地调研法等方法归纳HC新能源电动车公司消防安全管理现状和问题,包括消防设施维护管理不可靠、消防安全制度落实不完善、消防安全重点部位管理不精细、消防管理人员不专业等;二是基于主动防火系统、被动防火系统、安全疏散系统、消防安全管理等风险影响因素,建立消防安全管理影响因素评价模型,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)进行分析研究,构建矩阵并进行各级指标权重的计算并排序;三是结合实践提出HC公司消防安全管理的改进策略和保障措施。 本文的结论是为HC新能源电动车公司的消防安全管理提出一套行之有效的方法思路,对同类企业的消防安全管理实践具有一定指导意义,并持续积极探索更多案例和数据,为消防安全管理提供更加完善全面的理论研究。图5幅,表13个,参考文献36篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China's economy and technology, corporate safety issues have increasingly attracted attention from all sectors of society. Fire safety management, as the primary link in enterprise production safety, urgently needs optimization and improvement. Especially in the current state where various emerging industries are continuously emerging, the risk factors that enterprises need to deal with are endless, thus raising the requirements for fire safety management to a higher level. HC New Energy Electric Vehicle Company, as a well-known domestic enterprise in the field of new energy electric vehicles, lacks scientific management measures for its fire safety engineering, leading to frequent safety accidents. Therefore, this thesis takes HC New Energy Electric Vehicle Company as the research subject, analyzes the current management situation of the company, and establishes a scientifically effective fire safety management system, which has theoretical and practical significance for the fire safety management work of similar enterprises. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: First, using case analysis, on-site investigation, and other methods to summarize the current situation and problems of fire safety management at HC New Energy Electric Vehicle Company, including inadequate maintenance management of fire-fighting facilities, lax implementation of fire safety regulations, weak fire safety awareness, and high turnover of fire management personnel; Second, based on risk factors such as active fire prevention systems, passive fire prevention systems, safety evacuation systems, and fire safety management, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for analysis and research, a matrix is constructed, and the weights of various indicators are calculated to establish an effective fire safety management system; Third, combining practice to develop specific application measures for the company's fire safety management system. The conclusion of this thesis is to propose a set of effective methodological ideas for the fire safety management of HC New Energy Electric Vehicle Company, which has certain guiding significance for the fire safety management practice of similar enterprises. It also continues to actively explore more cases and data to provide more comprehensive theoretical research for fire safety management.The thesis includes 5 figures, 13 tables, and 36 references. | |
