中文摘要:在全球气候变化日益严重,中国提出实现“双碳”目标的背景下,作为一直以来高排放行业的汽车行业,开展低碳发展已成必然选择。在此背景下,新能源汽车技术持续取得显著突破,不仅实现了行驶里程的大幅延长,还促使购置与运营成本持续下降,进而凭借其对可持续发展的重要贡献,逐步提升了社会公众对新能源技术的接受度与认可度。这一系列积极变化,加之政策扶持、环境意识提升等多重因素的叠加效应,共同驱动了国内外新能源汽车市场需求规模的显著扩张,为新能源汽车企业创造了前所未有的发展机遇。 当前,B公司凭借卓越的市场表现、技术创新,在众多衡量标准中,如汽车销量、专利申请等均稳居国内新能源汽车行业的领先地位,展现出强大的市场竞争力。本文以B公司为案例,以企业竞争力理论为指导,通过调研和数据分析,运用SWOT方法总结了B公司在新能源汽车行业面临的机遇和挑战。并通过对调研和借鉴已有文献确定影响公司发展的关键因素。运用层次分析法,从生产经营能力、产品能力和发展潜力三个维度,建立了竞争力评价体系,对比了四家新能源车企,找到了B公司现状的竞争力排名。在分析过主要的竞争力优势后,根据竞争力的评价体系和竞争力排名,给出了相应的提升竞争力和保持竞争力的实施方案,以帮助B企业在不同的竞争维度下,提升和维持在该领域的竞争力水平。后续给出了组织、人力、财务和品牌相关的保障措施,以保证能够达到相关的竞争力的目的。 本文通过构建竞争力评价体系,分析不同新能源车企的竞争力现状,未然B企业的独特竞争力优势,以给出竞争力的不同维度的不同方案,尝试调整了企业的竞争力的评价方法,希望通过本研究给予车企提升竞争力和保持竞争力实施方案的一种便于实践的方法。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of increasingly severe global climate change and China's proposal to achieve its "dual carbon" goals, the automotive industry, which has always been a high emission industry, has made low-carbon development an inevitable choice. In this context, new energy vehicle technology continues to make significant breakthroughs, not only achieving a significant increase in driving mileage, but also promoting a continuous decrease in purchasing and operating costs. With its important contribution to sustainable development, it gradually enhances the public's acceptance and recognition of new energy technology. This series of positive changes, combined with multiple factors such as policy support and increased environmental awareness, have jointly driven the significant expansion of demand for new energy vehicles in both domestic and international markets, creating unprecedented development opportunities for new energy vehicle enterprises. At present, Company B, with its outstanding market performance and technological innovation, leads the domestic new energy vehicle industry in various measures such as automobile sales and patent applications, demonstrating strong market competitiveness. This paper takes Company B as a case study, guided by the theory of corporate competitiveness, and research and data analysis to summarize the opportunities and challenges faced by Company B in the new energy vehicle industry using the SWOT method. It also determines the key factors the company's development through research and reference to existing literature. Using the analytic hierarchy process, a competitiveness evaluation system is established from three dimensions: production and operation capabilities product capabilities, and development potential. The competitiveness of four new energy vehicle enterprises is compared, and the competitiveness ranking of Company B is found. After analyzing the main advantages, corresponding plans to enhance and maintain competitiveness are provided based on the competitiveness evaluation system and competitiveness ranking, to help Company B improve and maintain its competitiveness in different dimensions. Subsequently, organizational, human, financial, and brand-related safeguard measures are provided to ensure that the relevant competitiveness goals can be achieved. This paper constructs a competitiveness evaluation system to analyze the current competitiveness of different new energy vehicle enterprises, and then identifies the unique competitiveness advantages of Enterprise. By providing different solutions for different dimensions of competitiveness, the paper attempts to adjust the evaluation method of the enterprise's competitiveness. It is hoped that this study will a practical method for automobile enterprises to enhance and maintain their competitiveness.
