中文摘要:在国家基础设施建设日渐完备和群众生活质量的一步步提升的大背景下,人民对自身生活生态环境的要求也日益提高,同时也对保障民众基本生活质量的市政工程项目相应产生了更多更高的需求,市政设施工程不单单与居民生活质量密切相关同时也代表着地方政府的形象和公信力。因此,如何更好更快地完成能放心交付到人民手中的市政工程项目成为了各地政府部门和施工企业的重要课题。 本文以天津市B区雨污分流改造项目为论文案例,根据项目在实际施工中遇到的进度管理问题,利用笔者长期从事市政工程项目管理的实践经验和所学到的项目进度管理知识,提出本项目进度管理的优化重组方案,并建立完善整体项目进度管理实时监控和保障体系,找准问题,对症下药,有效提高项目的进度管理的水平,确保按时按质完成项目工程,满足民众生活需要。本文由六部分构成,开篇一开始对本文所研究问题的背景,B区雨污分流改造项目工程内容、工程意义进行了简单的概括;第二步整理了本文所用到的项目进度管理相关理论,项目进度管理科学方法等;第三步介绍B区雨污分流改造项目的具体施工情况,分析进度管理问题;第四步运用现代进度管理理论知识对项目的进度管理计划进行优化与重组,建立一套能满足进度要求的全新进度管理方案;并进一步从项目进度保障的角度搭建项目进度监控和保障体系;最后得出了整个论文研究的结论。 本文的主要通过理论与现实案例相结合的方式,结合笔者多年参与市政工程项目的施工管理经验,为此类市政工程建设项目项目管理中的进度管理优化上提供一些参考与见解,抛砖引玉,在推动行业项目进度管理发展方面尽一点绵薄之力。本文包含图7幅,表6个,参考文献41篇。 
英文摘要:Under the background of the increasingly complete national infrastructure construction and the step-by-step improvement of people's living quality, people's requirements for their own living ecological environment are also increasing day by day. At the same time, there are correspondingly more and higher demands for municipal engineering projects that guarantee the basic living quality of the people. Municipal facilities projects are not only closely related to the living quality of residents but also represent the image and credibility of local governments. Therefore, how to better and faster complete municipal engineering projects that can be safely delivered to the people has become an important topic for local government departments and construction enterprises. This thesis?takes the rain and sewage diversion renovation project in District B of Tianjin as a case study. According to the schedule management problems encountered in the actual construction of the project, using the author's practical experience in long-term engagement in municipal engineering project management and the knowledge of project schedule management learned, this thesis?proposes an optimized and restructured scheme for the schedule management of this project, and establishes and improves a real-time monitoring and guarantee system for the overall project schedule management. Identify problems and prescribe the right medicine to effectively improve the level of project schedule management, ensure the completion of the project on time and with quality, and meet the living needs of the people. This thesis?consists of six parts. At the beginning, it briefly summarizes the background of the research problem in this thesis, the project content and engineering significance of the rain and sewage diversion renovation project in District B. The second step sorts out the relevant theories of project schedule management and scientific methods of project schedule management used in this thesis. The third step introduces the specific construction situation of the rain and sewage diversion renovation project in District B and analyzes the schedule management problems. The fourth step uses modern schedule management theoretical knowledge to optimize and restructure the project schedule management plan and establish a new schedule management scheme that can meet the schedule requirements. And further build a schedule monitoring and guarantee system from the perspective of schedule guarantee. Finally, the conclusion of the entire thesis's research is drawn. This thesis?mainly combines theory with real cases and combines the author's years of construction management experience in participating in municipal engineering projects to provide some references and insights on the schedule management optimization in the project management of such municipal engineering construction projects, start a discussion and make a modest contribution to promoting the development of project schedule management in the industry.This thesis?contains seven figures, six tables and forty-one references.
