中文摘要:近年来,随着信息技术的不断发展和应用,数字化转型已经成为企业发展的必然趋势。在当前数字化转型的背景下,企业同时面临巨大的挑战和机遇。数字化转型项目作为企业实施战略转型的重要途径,必须与企业级战略转型过程相结合。数字化转型本质上是企业业务的转型,项目作为转型活动的载体,必须适应数字化的趋势,从而成为变革转型关注的核心内容。项目团队效能提升强调短期内快速解决问题的能力和长期人力资源制度的完善两者并重,因此,研究数字化转型项目团队效能提升的提升对于推动企业的数字化转型具有重要意义。 本文结合数字化转型项目的特殊性,在国内外学者对团队效能提升策略研究的基础上,采用文献研究法和案例分析法,以某世界领先生物制药企业N公司为例,对N公司数字化转型部团队效能进行系统性分析。首先,阐述了N公司数字化转型部门现状。其次,通过员工访谈发现并分析了N公司数字化转型部团队效能不足存在的主要问题及原因,包括项目团队成员核心技术能力有待加强;目团队成员间的协作性无法达到良性状态;集团总部与N公司中国团队联系紧密度有待提升;团队成员自主性差,难以应对交付挑战;激励制度未有效发挥作用。最后,说明了N公司数字化转型项目部团队效能优化的策略,包括加强项目成员核心技术能力;加强数字化转型部项目经理领导力建设;建立远程和协同技术系统支持总部与本地团队合作;通过完善反馈机制和监测加强团队效能的持续优化。同时阐述了组织保障,技术保障,人力保障对N公司数字化转型部团队效能提升优化策略的作用。 通过深入研究和分析N公司数字化转型项目团队效能的实践案例,可以为其他企业在数字化转型过程中提供有益的经验和启示。通过总结成功的案例和探讨实施中的问题及解决方案,有助于其他企业在实施数字化转型时避免类似的错误,提高团队效能提升的管理水平和效果。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the continuous development and application of information technology, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend in enterprise development. Amid the current wave of digital transformation, enterprises face significant challenges and opportunities. Digital transformation projects, as a crucial avenue for implementing strategic transformation, must be integrated with the enterprise-wide strategic transformation process for optimization and improvement. Essentially, digital transformation is a business transformation, and projects, as carriers of enterprise business, must adapt to digital trends and become the core content of transformational change. Enhancing project team efficiency emphasizes both the ability to quickly solve problems in the short term and the improvement of long-term human resource systems. Therefore, researching ways to enhance the efficiency of digital transformation project teams is of great significance for promoting enterprise digital transformation. This article, considering the particularity of digital transformation projects, combines the research on team efficiency enhancement strategies by domestic and international scholars, employing literature review and case study methods. Taking a leading global biopharmaceutical company, Company N, as an example, it systematically analyzes the team efficiency of Company N's digital transformation department. Firstly, the current state of Company N's digital transformation department is described. Secondly, through employee interviews, the main issues and causes of the inefficiency in Company N's digital transformation team are identified and analyzed, including the need to strengthen the core technical capabilities of project team members; insufficient collaboration among team members; the need to enhance the connection between the headquarters and Company N's China team; excessive workload on personnel; and the ineffective implementation of the incentive system. Finally, the article outlines strategies for optimizing the efficiency of Company N's digital transformation project team, including strengthening the core technical capabilities of project members; enhancing the leadership skills of project managers in the digital transformation department; establishing remote and collaborative technology systems to support cooperation between headquarters and local teams; and continuously optimizing team efficiency through improved feedback mechanisms and monitoring. It also discusses the roles of organizational support, technical support, and human resource support in enhancing the efficiency of Company N's digital transformation team. By deeply studying and analyzing the practical case of Company N's digital transformation project team efficiency, this article can provide valuable experiences and insights for other enterprises undergoing digital transformation. Summarizing successful cases and exploring issues and solutions during implementation can help other enterprises avoid similar mistakes in their digital transformation efforts, thereby improving the management level and effectiveness of team efficiency enhancement.
