中文摘要：	近年来，私募股权投资行业在全球范围内蓬勃发展，成为推动科技创新与产业升级的核心驱动力。私募股权基金以其独特的资金运作模式和灵活的投资策略，为众多初创及成长型企业提供了关键的资金支持和战略指导。HY公司，作为私募基金管理行业中的一员，自成立以来，专注于前沿科技投资，其集成电路与生物医药方向的主力基金偏好早期项目。然而，面对日益复杂的市场环境和早期项目的高风险性，HY公司在早期项目投资管理上面临诸多挑战，亟须进一步优化。 本文聚焦于HY公司，基于价值投资理论、投资风险管理理论和信息不对称理论，深入探讨其早期项目投资管理的优化策略。首先，概述了HY公司的基本情况，包括其注册资本、在管基金规模、投资方向及团队构成等，为后续分析提供了必要的背景信息。随后，详细剖析HY公司早期项目投资管理的流程，包括投资前阶段、投资决策阶段和投资后阶段，并选取HY公司投资过的具有典型性和代表性的项目进行案例分析，识别该项目投资管理各阶段存在的问题。接着，基于案例分析，进一步分析和总结出核心症结。研究发现，HY公司早期项目投资管理存在的根本性问题包括尽职调查流程效率低下、项目筛选与评价流程权责关系界限模糊、评价指标体系不完善、评价方式主观性过强、风险管理不到位等。针对这些问题，本文提出了HY公司早期项目投资管理优化策略，包括规范尽职调查工作、优化项目筛选与评价机制、构建完整且灵活的评价指标体系、提高项目评估的公正性和客观性、提升风险管理能力和水平。此外，还提出一系列实施保障，包括组织保障、财务保障、人力资源保障以及技术保障，以确保优化策略得到有效实施。 本文的研究不仅为HY公司提供了早期项目投资管理的优化策略，也为整个私募股权行业提供了有益的参考和借鉴。通过实施这些优化策略，HY公司有望进一步提升其投资管理的科学性和有效性，降低投资风险，提高投资回报率，从而在激烈的市场竞争中保持领先地位。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the private equity investment industry has flourished around the world and become the core driving force to promote scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading. With its unique capital operation mode and flexible investment strategy, private equity funds provide key financial support and strategic guidance for many start-ups and growth enterprises. HY Company, as a member of the private equity fund management industry, has focused on cutting-edge technology investment since its establishment, and its main funds in the direction of integrated circuits and biomedicine prefer early projects. However, facing the increasingly complex market environment and the high risk of early projects, HY Company faces many challenges in the investment management of early projects, which need to be further optimized. This dissertation focuses on HY Company. Based on the value investment theory, investment risk management theory and information asymmetry theory, it deeply discusses the optimization strategy of its early project investment management. Firstly, the basic information of HY Company is summarized, including its registered capital, the scale of funds under management, investment direction and team composition, which provides necessary background information for subsequent analysis. Then, the process of HY Company's early project investment management is analyzed in detail, including the pre investment stage, investment decision-making stage and post investment stage. Typical and representative projects invested by HY Company are selected for case analysis to identify the problems existing in each stage of the project's investment management. Then, based on the case study, the core sticking points are further analyzed and summarized. The study found that the fundamental problems existing in the early project investment management of HY Company included the low efficiency of due diligence process, the fuzzy boundary between the rights and responsibilities of the project screening and evaluation process, the imperfect evaluation index system, the subjectivity of the evaluation method, and the inadequate risk management. To solve these problems, this dissertation puts forward the optimization strategy of HY Company's early project investment management, including standardizing the due diligence work, optimizing the project screening and evaluation mechanism, constructing a complete and flexible evaluation index system, improving the fairness and objectivity of project evaluation, and improving the risk management ability and level. In addition, it also proposes a series of implementation guarantees, including organizational guarantee, financial guarantee, human resource guarantee and technical guarantee, to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization strategy. The research in this dissertation not only provides HY Company with the optimization strategy of early project investment management, but also provides a useful reference for the entire private equity industry. By implementing these optimization strategies, HY Company is expected to further improve the scientificity and effectiveness of its investment management, reduce investment risks, and improve the return on investment, so as to maintain a leading position in the fierce market competition.
