中文摘要:本文深入探讨了T航空公司竞争航线的动态定价策略,旨在显著提升其市场竞争力与收益能力。首先,通过系统的文献综述,梳理了收益管理、定价策略及市场营销学的相关理论,为动态定价策略的制定奠定了坚实的理论基础。随后,详细分析了T航空公司的市场定位、竞争环境及当前定价策略的现状,明确指出了其存在的时效性和准确性问题。 针对上述问题,本文创新性地构建了多层次判定体系,该体系涵盖价格判断、进度判定以及目标价格聚焦与调整区间,为动态定价策略建立提供了科学依据。以重庆=杭州航线为案例,通过计算价差分位数、进度分位数及预估平均票价,本文制定了详细的动态定价策略,并在实际运营中进行了有效验证。结果表明,该定价策略显著提升了航班的客座率和平均票价,进而大幅提高了整体收益。 进一步地,本文提出了动态定价自动化生成机制,该机制包括数据处理层、算法计算层和决策执行层,实现了航班价格的实时调整与动态监控。通过应用效果评估,发现动态定价策略在提升销售额、利润率及用户满意度方面均取得了显著成效。同时,基于用户反馈,本文还对策略进行了适时微调,以进一步优化乘客体验。 最后,本文总结了动态定价策略的主要结论与创新点,强调了其对企业收益管理、市场竞争力和旅客体验的重要提升作用。针对T航空公司,本文提出了加强数据分析、完善定价机制、提升服务水平和强化风险管理等具体建议,旨在帮助其在未来市场竞争中保持并扩大优势地位。 
英文摘要:This paper examines the dynamic pricing strategy for T Airlines' competitive routes, aiming to enhance market competitiveness and profitability. It begins with a literature review summarizing relevant theories on revenue management, pricing strategies, and marketing. Next, T Airlines' market positioning, competitive environment, and current dynamic pricing issues are analyzed, highlighting timeliness and accuracy concerns. To construct the strategy, a multi-level decision framework is constructed, including price assessment, progress evaluation, and target price adjustment ranges. Applying this framework to the Chongqing-Hangzhou route, a dynamic pricing strategy is formulated based on price difference quantiles, progress quantiles, and estimated average ticket prices. The strategy is validated through operational data, showing significant improvements in load factors, average ticket prices, and overall revenue. Furthermore, an automated dynamic pricing mechanism is proposed, encompassing data processing, algorithmic computation, and decision execution. This mechanism enables real-time price adjustments and monitoring, resulting in increased sales, profit margins, and customer satisfaction. Based on customer feedback, adjustments are made to enhance passenger experience. In conclusion, this paper presents key findings and innovations of the dynamic pricing strategy, highlighting its benefits for revenue management, market competitiveness, and passenger satisfaction. Recommendations for T Airlines include strengthening data analysis, refining pricing mechanisms, elevating service standards, and enhancing risk management.
