英文摘要:The research methodology and framework were introduced, with a focus on meticulously analyzing the competitive landscape, developmental trends, and technological advancements within the contemporary coal chemical sector. This analysis illuminated both the prospects and predicaments confronting the industry. Employing strategic management methodologies such as PEST analysis and the Five Forces Model, the study conducted a comprehensive assessment of HS Company's internal and external environments, meticulously evaluating its resource strengths and core competitiveness. Through a rigorous comparison of the viability of three competitive strategies - low-cost, differentiation, and focus - and a thorough examination of their alignment with the coal chemical industry's unique characteristics, HS Company's inherent traits, and the strategic options at hand, the study recommends the adoption of a low-cost strategy for HS Company. This recommendation was supported by a comprehensive dissection of how to operationalize this strategy through the refinement of fundamental and supporting activities across the value chain, coupled with a series of strategic initiatives, including the cultivation of a corporate culture conducive to the successful execution of the low-cost strategy. The findings of this study underscore that by implementing these strategic interventions, HS Company stands poised to fortify its competitive stance within the coal chemical industry, simultaneously bolstering its brand reputation and market influence while fulfilling its social obligations. Furthermore, the research outcomes offer invaluable insights and guidance to other enterprises within the coal chemical sector, thereby fostering technological advancements and management innovations across the industry, ultimately propelling it towards a more sustainable and eco-friendly developmental trajectory.
